It is so weird that so many of our fans don't realize how great those offenses were....in 1993 we scored 42.8 points per game.

That record finally just fell, but does nobody realize how remarkable that PPG was in 1993? It took the insane scoring of Josh Heupels crazy awesome light speed wide open scheme to finally surpass a record set in a regular old pro-style offense.

Heath was the MAN.
The stories I head about him would make you scratch your head. Loved Shuler, but there is a reason why he never made it in the NFL…..

Bill Duff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’ll never forget that..Good times!!šŸ™ŒšŸ§”šŸ¤

If we're smart we're pursuing a transfer QB. Next year we have Milton...then Jackson who has seen no time to speak of on the field...then a walk o. Who saw more time than Jackson...then a stud freshman who has seen no time on the field.

We will be looking for a QB. Problem is going to be who. Because of that stud freshman...we won't be able to get a 2-3 year guy. It will have to be a one year guy. Then you have the money factor. What are we willing to pay for a guy for one year.
I bet we don’t seek out a qb unless someone like Drake Maye reaches out…. We will have three quality QBs on campus next yeqr.

I don't give a runny šŸ’© what he did or didn't do in the NFL. He led a 1993 offense to 42.8 points per game.
And I’m never going to take anything away from how great he was. Never said that he wasn’t a great college player and leader

Yes there is/are reasons. 1st one being, he went to a shyttie Washinton team. Second being, they started him from the get go. 3rd being, they gave him nothing in the way of help...no O-line, no even halfway decent recievers...nothing.

It was all put on his shoulders. He failed, but he was failed a whole lot more than he failed.

Shuler was put into a no win situation.
