President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

Dark Brandon rises

This Biden administration constantly puts out lies & deceit or as they say "misinformation" to make Biden look like he's doing something other than destroying the country w/his failed woke policies put forth.. I don't believe in their constant lies & deceit to sway me one half inch. Dark Brandon sucks & always will as far as the American public is concerned. I'll never cast a vote for this moron who doesn't do anything w/out instructions written down on paper to follow because he's too dumb to handle his own thoughts.

Going to Cleveland next week to discuss capital projects for next year with a client. His capital improvement budget has been slashed and burned.

These idiots that ask or rely on politicians and their mouth pieces for information on what’s coming deserve what they get . If you want to see the future go ask a facility production manager how many red flag triggers their automated ordering system is showing them for next the next two quarters , ask about the budgets for next year or ask a large logistics company what their numbers are telling them . It’s December , they all know now and are just waiting for the best time to release the numbers .

We're fortunate, 2023 is looking like another record year for our service/maintenance side. Stuff that really can't be cut. Construction is a whole different story, might have to look at cutting some people if they don't want to work on the trucks.

All I can say when you have idiots in control of the country is "Where there's death; there's hope." I stole that line from a corporate trainer BTW. He was discussing how to get along with people further up the management chain when nothing seemed to work. I think he meant natural death and outlasting them.
I’ve always been a fan of applying the Klingon advancement process to corporate America

Biden mute as protests demand freedom around the world

"We don’t stand against human rights abusers. As crippling energy prices threaten the president’s approval ratings, Biden’s emissaries travel to Venezuela, allowing an easing of sanctions and resumed oil exports from a murderous regime that happens to have the world’s largest oil reserves.

Amnesty International has called out the Maduro government for "extrajudicial executions, excessive use of force, arbitrary detentions and torture and other ill-treatment against those perceived as critical of the government" but the Biden government needs oil. "

Yeah let's give Maduro's economy a boost.

Sometimes when you've completely screwed up everything else through lack of basic common sense, apparently you have to be flexible even if that means abandoning morals and standards.

That's almost exactly opposite of what our bank is telling us.

From the nonstop stuff that keeps popping up on my phone about "Black Friday" deals that seem to have started back in July and show no signs of going away, it sure seems like there's some sense of desperation in the retail markets.

We were meeting to discuss our LOC and equipment purchases for '23 and got to talking about everything. He said their mortgage division is a dead zone and they expect it to get worse. Expect lending to be tighter, more scrutiny will be put on financials/returns and watch the cash flow.

I'm thinking next year may be a good time to replace the heat and air ductwork in the other house. I have the cash, and I can't see the housing market going anywhere for a while. What construction is still happening looks to be dead and the body just hasn't been notified. Something has to give with housing costs because people ultimately have to have a place to live.

Builders are starting to give incentives around here.

The Jones Act strikes again. It seems like if you create legislation that forbids shipping in non US owned and manned vessels between US ports that you'd do something to encourage US owned and manned vessels. Of course, that would have meant keeping US labor under control, so the rates would be affordable.
I personally don't have a problem with this act. The northeast is drowning in liberals, so let them build the ships they need for oil and gas in American shipyards, flag them under US law and hire Americans to crew them and pay for it, and then they can have all the American energy they want for the price they are willing to pay for it.

The Jones Act isn't just hurting the northeast.

Just so you know, the gubment is forcing the industry to make another change to refrigerant beginning next year, and it is supposed to cost much more than the current refrigerant.
