Very, very curious to see how Milton does with a month to prepare as the starter and hopefully not chucking 70 yard howitzer’s in a driving flood. I’m still holding out hope for him.
Heupel typically seems laid back and happy after wins. Seemed genuinely aggravated Sat. Was that aggravation directed primarily at national media or first signs of frustration with the bubble that is being UT’s coach?

I agree with your synopsis, but I also don’t feel we’re entitled to know the details or inner workings of what happens in the locker room. But Heupel probably could have diffused it some even with a generic statement.The issue with this is
1. you keep a starting LB home from a road game.
2. you don’t say why
3. You get absolutely dragged and lose.
4. Rumors start to fly about why and about fights in the locker room.
5. You still don’t say why.
Fans and media will run with this stuff if not addressed.
He can be pissed but he didn’t help the situation.
