We were at the Schemerhorn Symphony Hall setting next to the Londoners. TPAC is nice as well but not like the Schemerhorn. One of our favorites that we saw at TPAC's Jackson Hall was Joe Bonamassa, he is GREAT !!!! We also saw him at the Ryman. There are a lot of nice venues in Nashville so you really can't go wrong at any of them. Bridgestone isn't bad even though it's so big. I've heard that in the Symphony Hall, when it's empty you can stand on the stage and talk, in a regular voice, to someone at the back of the hall and no echo as well and it is pretty big as well, kinda neat if true.
Thanks for the information. I have heard shows (though not a symphony) in both the Tennessee and Bijou in downtown Knoxville and they are both fantastic.

was he retarded? serious question. no one is that naive.

I'm a retired Pipefitter and you would be surprised at some of the stuff I have heard and seen over the years....well maybe not. Most, not all of the guys I worked with from around the country were great but then you had that few. All kidding aside people from some places up north think the whole world revolves around where they are from and nothing else matters. I guess if you looked around you could find that type everywhere though...but I tried not to seek them out.

Somehting I thought of over the weekend…..the hypocracy towards UT is unreal.

1. The USC has an expletive written on his fingers for four hours while our center fielder flips off for four seconds. The entire sports world came down on Beck and the baseball Vols.

2. UT debris incident vs Ole Miss last year vs Ole Miss debris throwing during the Egg Bowl. Again, the press blows up with us and not so much with OM. It will be interesting to see how the SEC deals with this.

3. The Schiano scenario vs (from what I have heard) similar scenario with GA Tech in their coaching search. We get hammered while nothing regarding GT.

Why?
When ducks migrate, the one in front aerodynamically makes the flight easier for those behind. UT is just breaking wind in front of everyone else.

I think he could be a player with maturation. Gives me that Colquitt vibe.

I mean he SHOULD pursue a medical RS for this season, you hope you get that so you don't have to use your regular RS.

Then he's still got 4 years. Nico could be gone after his 3rd year if he balls out as a starter. Tayven would still have 1 or 2 years left and be fully developed and know the offense there is also the chance that after next season Tayven entering his 3rd year here and Nico entering his 2nd is more prepare/ready to start than Nico. If I'm Tayven I wouldn't be looking around yet. Nico could also Ewers us (don't think he will, but it's always a possibility). Come here get big NIL do nothing and return to USC or somewhere on the west coast with a full bag.

Milton isn't going to be an almost 70% completion guy though Hendon Hooker was always a highly accurate QB.

Drew Lock was a 49% passer before Josh got there, in his two seasons with Heupel though he went 54.6% 3399 yards 23 TDs 10 INTs and in year 2 57.8% 3964 yards 44 TDs and 13 INTs.

So based on arm talent, size, and system that 3rd season for Drew Lock is what I'd point to for a successful Joe Milton final year. 58% or better 3800 yards or better and 40 TDs or better the goal will be to do that with 12 INTs or less on the season, if he's more accurate and has less turnovers than those predictions then we're in the CFP without question.

newsflash. there are idiots in every state, county and town.

Even if you get past the SECOND transfer in a year with Gabriel, you have to address the charred bridge.
Didn’t Gabriel take some shots at Heupel after Heupel left UCF?
Yes he did and an enemy of Heupel is no friend of mine.

Boo hiss at that little chicken nugget
Didn't Gabriel have some not so complimentary things to say about Coach Heupel when Heup came to Tennessee?
VN never forgets, LOL

We were going to the race in Talladega years ago and got off the Interstate in Alabama because a friend "Knew a Short Cut" so we stopped and got gas. A buddy asked the guy pumping gas how much farther it was and he told us he didn't know, he had never been past a sign up the road. It was a County sign and he had never been out of that county......Alabama, New York ...much more alike than people realize.:D

My cousin visited some of his family in Illinois…the neighbors couldn’t believe he wore nikes and drove a Toyota celica……… they literally thought my cousin would roll in like the Beverly Hillbillies

The only difference in Illinios and Iowa is the Chicago area. I have driven through llinois many times.

Or keep both for free.

Yep, I think both are good enough to work in this system...I mean hell Dillon Gabriel got to look like a world beater with Heupel. I'll take my chances of the 3 4 star QBs on scholarship being able to get it done next year, and if things really go south one of the non-scholarship guys with at least a full season in the system being able to manage things.
