He’s gonna have a month to prepare as “the guy” for the bowl game, which will probably be against a good opponent in better conditions. If you want to make a fair assessment, that’s the game.

HELLO FELLOW vOL FANS!!!

First, great game, great win, loved that we shut them out.

Second, what an amazing season this has been! Year 2, and we far exceeded the expectations people put on us.

Third, but for the defense not showing up for the SCar game, we would be in the playoffs. That one will continue to sting for years to come.

Weezer's If Rankings Were Fair Rankings:

1. Georgia
2. Michigan
3. TCU
4. USC
5. Ohio State
6. Tennessee
7. Alabama

That won't be the rankings, but no way in hell should Bama be ahead of us. That's just horseshit. They may even put Bama ahead of Ohio State, but Bama shouldn't be ahead of a team whose one loss is to the #2 team. It really is the same argument as when our only loss was to the #1 team. Recency bias is stupid. A loss is a loss whenever it happens, and Bama lost head-to-head versus us, so they should be below us.

JMO, but we should get the Sugar Bowl. We have the better resume.

Golesh and Heup also didn’t make it easy on him. Pouring rain and he only threw 50+ yard bombs or handed it off. Not much intermediate stuff at all.

As long as Georgia, Michigan. TCU, and USC win next weekend, they should be in. Should USC or TCU lose, Ohio State could sneak in. SEC Network is trying to push the narrative of Bama sneaking in. No way in hell should Bama even be in consideration. ESPN has been pushing this idea of a 2-loss team making it. I don't care what happened at SCar, if any 2-loss team deserves to make it, and I'm not convinced they do, but if they did, it would be Tennessee. Ranking Bama above us is pure bias and in no way reflective of actual logic.
