Yea, he was limping pretty good at the end of the game. i thought he played his butt off. He took some shots on the tender leg.

I think he should shut it down for the season. I think he wants to play, but he keeps getting hurt every time he tries to play. He needs to heal for his future.

Sad but I can understand it. Is the bowl game enough time? Or he really needs more than 6 weeks?

It’s already leaking that Kiffin is resigning Friday. Worst kept secret. Even I heard about it from someone closely connected to Sexton last week. I’m sure this will piss a lot of people off.

CJH had to start somewhere. He started with offense. 9-2 in year 2 after Pruitt fiasco is pretty good. Way ahead of where I thought we would be.
I hate losing to SC, but if you had told me before season we would be 9-2 going into Vandy with wins over Pitt, LSU, Florida and Bama I would have been ecstatic.

Lots of fans on the GQ want Tim Banks and Willie fired. I honestly think that is premature because we lack talent and quality depth in the secondary (been that way for 2 years). Any thoughts?

Willie is safe, he and Huepel go way back to the OU days and Huep knows Willie is loyal and he does a lot behind the scenes.

Not saying he’s the best DB coach in the country but he’s playing with a half deck. Our talent in the backend is really bad and they have not had the time to flip the roster. You add in the injuries and it’s a poor recipe.

I guess it’s a coincidence that virtually every top 11 prospect has offers from those coaches right? Stars matter. That’s been proven over and over and over and over and over again.

63 points to that offense is absolutely inexcusable. I have defended them all year...until now. I can not defend that gameplan or coaching.

It's really indefensible, McGill. I'm probably one of the biggest "let's give them time to get players and install their system" people on here, but there is no way to make a legitimate case as to why they performed so poorly.

Heupel and the offensive staff/players are really overachieving. When they were having problems, all of us saw how they recognized them and fixed them by the next week. Milton standing flat-footed in the pocket as an example. The defensive problems are just as obvious. It seems like nothing is being done, but we know they are trying different things. It's not working, at all. They've had 2 full seasons to make adjustments to their scheme and depth chart, but what they're doing is not working.

I'm not advocating fahring asses yet, but they need to make some serious changes to the scheme, personnel, and general defensive philosophy fast and it needs to be visible to the fans watching. As fans, we have to have some reason for hope on that side of the ball and they're only giving us the opposite of hope. It makes it even more frustrating seeing the offense doing so much with so little and the defense riding the short bus to games.

I just hope they make changes and the fans can see, as soon as Vandy, that they are adjusting and trying to adapt to help cover their deficiencies. Fans seeing changes and effort to fix it would go a long way, I think. Gonna make us all a little more sick if they keep trotting out the same personnel, coverages and blitz packages. Definition of insanity type of deal.

What it means is Dabo knows we're coming and he is feeling pressured having to deal with us in recruiting already.

I mean, starting to high step and taunting the defense at the 30yd line all the way in is a little more than an excited celebration. I don't care, really. I can see where it could draw a penalty and I don't understand why players still do it knowing the rule is there.

We've seen the services rank a fake recruit, just cause they thought they had a big-time offer. I think they gave them a 4* rating, just because the fake player tweeted they had an offer or something like that.
