For whatever reason banks is only rushing 3 or 4 and even then they aren’t laying their ears back. Been playing basically a prevent defense but it has lead to huge chinch’s of yardage.

No, this has happened all year but we've been able to put teams in panic mode by scoring most every touch. When we can't do that, we need a better defense.

We blitzed a lot on SC's last possession and it helped--but we got screwed by the holding calls.

Yep ws gonn be 3rd & 19 but ref said Hadden was holding replay looked like incidental

With this offense I’m not panicking yet. We can’t stop them, but they haven’t shown anything to stop us. The one drive that they held us to a FG was a bad series.

Thank God that HH is not weak willed like the wimpy masses posting here tonight. We will get to find out if this revival of Rattler can be sustained in the second half. They hit us square in the mouth, got help from the refs they probably did not need but we trail by less than 2 TD.
So I will not give up yet. Not sure if our defense or our fanbase is the most embarrassing so far.... it is close.

Just empty the tank. We’ve gotta play relentless the next 30 minutes. Our defensive line HAS to get pressure. Rattler WILL make mistakes when under duress. Seen it countless times.

Offensively, we’ve gotta hit our shots. Hook, play confident and put the ball where you want to. Hyatt, you’re back in your old stomping grounds….let’s go. C’mon Vols whatever you got, BRING IT!

The whole first half the TN defense has been victims of major holding and the refs have swallowed their whistles and allowed it. That is why SC has rolled up so much offense. Allowing so much time for their QB against our average at best secondary is what has caused this disaster.
