Here's the thing. I know people are going to say this is just the type of defense we play. But that's BS. We are not playing fundamentally sound defense. We often struggle with a pass rush, and we're bad at tackling. Add to that our secondary gets torched on a regular basis and it's just soul-crushing at times.

Told my sons at kickoff get ready for us to make Rattler look like a Heismen candidate. We are going to get a struggle win and all the talking heads are gonna say we played terrible when every team above us did the same or worse.

Pathetic that this defense is still this bad and there haven't been any adjustments in looks at this point in the season...

watch out, we may get beat. AND IT WILL BE 100% on the Defense. PERIOD

Guess some of y'all will never realize that Banks isn't the problem. Slaughter covered that almost perfectly, McCullough was nowhere near being able to give over the top help. Rattler stared him down and the safeties couldn't get over there.

And I can't blame Martinez for Flowers and JM because I think they are what they are at this point. I've seen improvement from the corners this season.
