Ok, let’s admit “picked apart” is a stretch. It has taken several third down conversions and 2 4th down conversions. “Picking apart” is what we did our possession. USC shouldn’t be able to maintain this.

How is it a stretch. Spencer freaking rattler has absolutely picked us apart so far. Still early, but we have to prove we can stop him. We haven't yet.

Serious question. Not saying you’re wrong by any means. But why do guys like Doug Mathews, Eric Ainge, 3hl, and other radio guys praise Tim for what he is doing with the talent he has? Is it scheme or talent or a combo of both?

I think he benefits from having good position coaches under him. Gardner, etc. I think the defensive staff we have overall is pretty good. Unfortunately Banks is the weakest link.
