I know this is kind of a cliche, but we have no identity on offense. What exactly kind of offense do we try to run? It just seems like a lot of improv. We also seem to give up a lot of easy buckets on defense, we just do not have the intensity for an entire game on that side of the ball either. I don't know, we seem lost a lot more than we should and fundamentals are lacking a bit too. I know its early, and I'm not saying we can't improve as the season goes on, but the discipline is not there, especially on defense. I'm like you though, i really want her to work out. She was always a favorite of mine when she played. She is definitely a vfl.
Yeah, just lack of motivation it looks like.

Also looks like the Lady Vol forum is unanimous in accepting she's not the one. All pretty much the same attitude from what I read: We're sorry, we love you, but you weren't ready for this job.

This is just nuts to contemplate when I think about where Tennessee was less than two years ago. The season *average* today is more than the Vols scored in any single game in 2020 (that was an all-SEC year so no Akrons or Ball’s Tates to pad stats against, but it’s still impressive).
And that’s actually against sec competition and not cupcakes that Ohio st plays and leaves their qb in to pad stats

Rewatching the missouri game… Sampson is a problem. Huge difference in how those safeties react after he burned them a couple times.

Hot take: we are better on offense next year if Milton delivers on even 50% of what he capable of.
I see the capabilities for being better. The unknown is how Milton gets the teams in and out of plays in the uptempo. Underrated greatness of Hooker’s game.

A lot of people online aren't happy with it. I liked it though. It should be a good season, but the story line is probably simar to past seasons. They had to skip some time, and I'm not sure everything fit because of that, but it didn't bother me personally.
A lot of people want to be the cool kids...the first ones to hype a show up are usually the first ones to start criticizing it to death...that is the social media jackass driven world we live in.

A loss to the Cocks would be arguably the worst letdown loss in Vols history and we’ve had plenty. Would be up there with 2001 LSU.

But it just ain’t going happen.
2001 LSU was a really good football team...that loss was disappointing for a lot different reason. This Tennessee team losing to THIS SC team would be an awful awful loss.

My stupid chronic BVS is getting on my last nerve.
