I was watching some old TN games that LWS has on YouTube with John Ward on the call and I really wish he were around to see this season.

And yet a comfy 133 votes ahead of LSU.

And 191 ahead of USC.

I've scoffed at it as well. The only way I see it is they HANDLED UGA.

If they won by 10+...I think their finish would be too much for the committee to ignore.

Otherwise, even with a close win in Atlanta, and I agree.

But we do have 2 road games to finish out. FPI gives us 86% chance to win out. Imo even a bit higher because USCjr has to feel bottom of the barrel right now. Either way, gotta take care of business. No more 28-24 early 3rd quarters please, my heart can't take it

I think so too but I have to say I've been really impressed with how LSU has done after the whooping the Vols put on em. I thought afterward that they were maybe an 8-win team and they're going to Atlanta.

I know it's a night game next week but you wonder how invested their crowd is going to be when it feels like the wheels have come off a bit. Getting handled at home by Mizzou and then the beating they just took from a mediocre Florida team can't feel great after they'd finally found themselves fleetingly back in the top 25.
