Kickoff for South Carolina at 7 or 7:30pm

Fg-rC3HWQAE88mE

Night game with that rooster blaring of the speaker constantly and them Cocky fans saw what Georgia's noise did to us. This game may turn out to be more interesting than my standard comfort level can bear. And we may be wearing orange helmets to jinx us?

But one game does not a QB make. Hendon has better NFL potential for sure. But I think our scheme has made Hendon look a LOT better than he actually is. He's good, but not as good as his stats. I don't think 100% of his success will translate to the NFL.
I’ve been thinking the same as well….

Yeah I get that. Just a little BVS has settled back in.
Georgia created the blueprint on how to beat us. Fortunately step #1 is have a bunch of 5 star players to implement it and USCjr cannot fulfill step 1.

Right, with enough talent and scheme you can stop us. You need both parts though. I anticipate our staff will have us ready for that type of game plan going forward.

Honestly the worst thing that could happen to us did before the Georgia game...and our fanbase, former players, and sports media all fed right into it.

Georgia is packed full of talent and when they play motivated they can (and typically do) beat anyone they face. So right before our trip to Athens what happens? CFP rankings spit in their face, All the media pick them to lose at home, our fans/VFLs start a social media buzz blasting their fans for not showing up or being a hostile environment to play in...

It was without question the toughest place we've played this season, so props to Georgia fans for making that place crazy.
All of this.

Oh boy you can guarantee that Georgia versus Tennessee 2022 is taped and recorded on every defensive coordinator's desk that we play next season and the rest of this year. Now having Georgias players and executing that is a totally different story. You can guarantee most will go back to that tape on how to stop us and what they did.

Carolina is a solid environment but it doesn't come close to what we just experienced in Athens. That's the loudest away game I think i've ever watched us play in. Boys will absolutely be prepared for the cocks atmosphere

Tillman and Hyatt were both limping at different points in the Georgia game. I'm assuming they're both ok.

I thought it was strange no one asked about them at the presser today. Maybe they’ve just given up on Heupel giving them meaningful injury updates?

This is correct. We asked for it. Got punched in the face and couldn’t handle it.
We are handling it, bruh. Unless someone is a @felinebone or his soulmate.

We are exactly in the spot GA was in last year when they got beat by 17.

No quit in this team or fan base. Keep fighting. Be crazy loud and proud in Neyland on Saturday!

Missouri and South Carolina both have solid passing defenses (both top 6 in conference in completion % given up, passing yards allowed). Missouri's rushing defense is also top 6th, South Carolina though is one of the worst rushing defenses.

Depending on how the Gamecocks play in the swamp will impact how their fans show up for the night game.

Our offense has been so much fun to watch. I just hope that the default defensive scheme against us doesn't turn into the football equivalent of "hack-a-Shaq" where we move down the field but it's mostly due to penalties when DBs "defense" is to hold our WRs when they get open.

If you play Georgia’s gameplan and can’t cover or don’t get home on blitzes, Hooker and Co. will put 60 on you.

Will be in Columbia under the lights with my wife (South Carolina Grad) and a ton Carolina fans who are friends. Can't wait to beat them by 40 under the lights and hear how quiet the stadium gets.
Not to Ainge it, but a 6-4 (most likely) team the weekend leading up to Thanksgiving probably won’t generate the same amount of juice that UGA did. I’d say some students will probably have headed home by then.

... If our team and fans embrace The Maxims against our 3 remaining regular season opponents, then we will get in the playoffs with a break or two. We as fans need to be louder at the missouri game than at florida, bama, or kentucky. The fans in attendance need to absolutely bring all the passion, pain and suffering of the last 15 years and express it vocally so that the nation does not forget about the VolNation. We are a force to be reckoned with. Let the Earth tremble at our roar.
