Plan for the weekend:

Friday - Root for Colorado to beat USC or at least keep it close enough to cast doubt. I highly doubt either of those things will happen but I've seen crazier happen.

Saturday noon - The most important factor of them all - beat Missouri. Keep an eye on Indiana at Ohio St and LSU at Arkansas.

Saturday afternoon - I don't think we NEED Alabama to beat Ole Miss, but Bama running the table would bolster our win against them. At the same time, to witness a downfall would almost make this season that much sweeter. Clemson is probably out of it but it can't hurt recruiting if Louisville can put another arrow in their chest. Will be cheering hard for Nebraska vs Michigan.

Saturday evening - Probably our most important window. We need Washington to beat Oregon. It's going to be a great game anyway, but I'd like to see Oregon's hype brought down a bit by a close game or killed altogether in a loss. We will be rooting hard for Texas to squash TCU. I think that UNC is pretty far outside of the top 8 but they're kind of sneaking their way back into the conversation. Wake winning would pretty much take the ACC out of it entirely. I do think that UNC/WF has potential to be the best game of the night, like the UNC/App game all over again.

Saturday late - Stanford will probably get stomped out by Utah and Arizona is probably going to get stomped out by UCLA, but they call it Pac 12 After Dark for a reason.

One Saturday at a time.

As long as:

A) We keep winning
B) The teams around us keeping taking losses or damage to their resume

We will be fine

As for the Titans...the fact that we spent our 3rd round pick on Malik Willis at QB is so beyond dumb.

Kenny Pickett and Desmond Ridder were the only QBs taken at that point. Could have snagged Bailey Zappe or Sam Howell not sure -either- are NFL starting QBs, but both would have at least been more prepared to play this season than Willis who even at Liberty was inconsistent as hell.

Yeah, but the theory is that the loser of that game could still in with a close loss. AP on the Nation last night predicted just that. He predicted GA vs Michigan and The Vols vs OSU in the semis.

I honestly don’t think that game will be close…I think osu beats the sh**t out of Michigan …that’s just me though

Now it makes sense..😂 I never understood why he did that but Voltwitter still undefeated

I truly think that Kirby took all of his big game tactics that he's seen used against Alabama/Georgia in the past for games like this, and unloaded them on his team.

By the way, it's a phone, turn it off? Kind of an old school "got the QB's hotel number and bothered em real good!" story.

Between that story and the leaked "anonymous SEC coach" trashing their secondary, I think Kirby was working overtime to piss his team off.

Ole Miss winning out could stop us as well.

Ole Miss has Bama, at Arkansas and Mississippi State left. All 3 of those teams will be heavily motivated. Oddly enough Ole Miss can win out and not have to face Georgia since LSU would get into the championship game with the head to head.

So 11-1 Ole Miss with wins over Kentucky (by 3 at home) and Bama (at home) is going to make a case over 11-1 Tennessee with wins over at Pitt, Florida, at LSU, Bama, Kentucky and only loss to Georgia who will walk into SECT game undefeated? Don't think so

We need to make the playoff for the rematch. Already hearing it at the gym. I reminded them how Bama beat the brakes off them in the SEC championship last year and they came back and won the natty. I said if you don’t think that home field advantage was a big part of the win, then you are delusional.

He earned that privilege, tho.

No his defense did!…even after all of our f*** ups during that game he only managed to get 27 points on a depleted thin defense who’s ranked in the 100 hundreds…consider me not impressed..😂😂 it’s a fact that he’s had the luxury of stacked OL protection and a stacked defense to save his ass from lack of offense production…
