Not my choice...but that's what the plan is from the #VolTwitter (same group that pushes checkered Neyland)

I'd do a full black out or orange out personally.
How big a push is it getting? I keep seeing more people say no. Afraid it’s going to look horrible when halfway done. Not sure it would look good if done 100%. The orange and white is never 100%, but it blends well enough that it doesn’t look bad.

Good morning Vol Nation!

I had my 60th birthday yesterday. Earlier this year, when my wife asked me what I wanted for my birthday, I told her I wasn’t sure. Mainly because all I really wanted was to see a dominant Tennessee football team, and I knew that it was going to happen.

So here we are celebrating life, and our Volunteers!

Got to play golf yesterday with three good friends. They are all Aggies. They are truly happy that we are winning. When the Aggies first join the SEC, I gave them a tutorial on every member team at the time. They have realized that my tutorial was very factually-based rather than from a Dislike of the other teams… Currently, they are so beat down that they don’t even want to talk about the Aggies in football. I know a lot of y’all think that the Aggies are a cult, but that’s the way we are perceived as well. As a whole, their fan base is the closest to ours.

It was a good day!

It’s going to continue to improve as this Saturday will expose kentucky as they are decimated by our Volunteers.

15-0 🤠
I think the perfect gift for you this weekend would be one point for each year for you. So, calling it now. Let's hang 60 on the 'Cats. And, they better appreciate how dang lucky they are that it is not @InVOLuntary's birthday.

First off, We’re beating Georgia… But hypothetically speaking if we lost to UGA and Bama loses to UGA in the SEC championship. That gives Bama two losses. We would be higher seeded and probably get in the playoff.

1. UGA
2. OSU
3. Clemson
4. Tennessee

We would need TCU to lose though because they probably get in undefeated and Big 12 champ. Luckily, their schedule is not easy with TT, @ TX, @Baylor, and Iowa state. I think they drop one and we can squeeze in.

If we go 11-1 or better, how much will it take to keep Heupel at UT? It can be argued that no other coach could have accomplished as much with this roster and the situation he walked into. Somebody will come knocking with a big contract. It will take $8 million+ annually to put him in the top 10 in college football, and that will still make him 5th in the SEC. What do you guys think?

Ultimately I think Hesiman voters will see who Hooker beat and how he played against them and that'll matter more than total stats.

Hendo vs top 25
@ Pitt: 64.3% 352 total yards 2 total TDs 0 ints
vs UF: 78.6% 461 total yards 3 total TDs 0 ints
@ LSU: 63.0% 295 total yards 2 total TDs 0 ints
vs Bama: 70.0% 441 total yards 5 total TDs 1 int

CJ Stroud vs top 25
vs ND: 70.6% 224 total yards 2 total TDs 1 int

Hendo will face 2 or 3 more top 25 teams before the regular season is over (depending on how South Carolina plays before our matchup with them, which they should be able to beat Missouri & Vandy).

CJ Stroud will face just 2 top 25 teams (Penn State & Michigan) the only other team that could be top 25 he'll face is Maryland.

So when the voting happens Hendo will have faced 6 or 7 top 25 teams vs CJ facing 3 or 4. If the numbers are close I think it's pretty reasonable to think Hooker wins it.

Current totals
Hendo: 70.6% 2093 passing yards 18 TDs 1 INT 315 rushing yards 3 TDs
Stroud: 70.0% 2023 passing yards 28 TDs 4 INTs -9 rushing yards 0 TDs
I am pretty sure the 63% at LSU was because he got smoked on that missed block by Sampson. He missed several throw right after that. I realize the voter’s won’t know that. Just pointing it out
