That's a good read.Amazing work!
nothing looked out of place last week
Inside the six-day mad dash to make Tennessee's field playable after an epic party
Coach Stoops and all those guys have really invested time in the area and made it a priority,” said Buck Fitzgerald, the president of National Playmakers Academy, a Nashville-based gym where Brown and the Wade twins trained. “People feel like it’s a priority. They’re present. They’re recruiting multiple guys in that area. And they play a high level of ball. They’re winning nine and 10 games.
“Guys my age, sometimes we look at things and look at the old blue bloods and say why doesn’t a kid go here? These kids, they have a different perspective. Different teams are relevant, different schools are relevant in their lifetime, so now Kentucky is cool. It’s hip, it’s fun, the fan base is amazing. And it’s right close to home where their family can see them play big-time Southeastern Conference football. They’re successful and guys are going to the league, so they’re checking every box.”
Was gonna post the article but this was most relevant. Buck on Kentucky![]()
A little bit. A little disappointedSo...did it not kind of shock anybody else that Sampson got caught from behind yesterday? I thought "he gone!"....but nope he got caught by a freaking Skyhawk....after all we have heard about how unbelievably fast he is...
Did he slip? Did he just think he had it made when he got through to open grass and not really turn on the afterburner?
Anyways...I would like to offer that kid (Baker was his name I think) a schollie...pretty sure Heupel could put that kind of speed to good use..lol
We still have a good class, but I'm honestly surprised we aren't turning more heads in this '23 class. You'd think our games and style of play would recruit itself. It's hard for me to imagine a player watching our games and not wanting to be part of that atmosphere. But the kids in this current class are apparently stubborn. Thankfully, we're getting the attention of the '24, '25, and beyond kids.I’m glad the team is actually winning because ‘23 recruiting is dead lol
I think players/recruits like him.And they probably already knew about him. They only bring him up now because of our recent success. He doesn’t represent our fanbase, but he does represent what other fanbases look at and use to make fun of us. One FAN, or whatever he is. I just hope our players and recruits see him for what he is. If they don’t, look at some other university. He doesn’t represent us.
I want to beat the h&ll out of this team.Maybe I'm the ignorant one but does this really get to be called a rivalry? I mean kentucky's won like 22% of all time meetings.

Plus...I thought I had read that there were rumors that he had whacked somebody while he was at UF and nobody knew or thought about his connection to it until after all the other stuff came out...![]()
Marijuana should be allowed for private consumption. Moreover, should be monitored and regulated, and taxed by the Gov't. The SG should speak to how smoking anything is unhealthy. And eating your weed has long lasting health benefitsKnow it's already been mentioned, but here's an article.
Report: Multiple Aggie football players suspended indefinitely (yahoo.com)
I may be in the minority, but I really don't see the big deal about young men smoking weed. My personal opinion is it should be legal. The only thing I really fault them on is doing it in the locker room. That was dumb.
I'm really going to be interested in who hits the portal from TAMU after this season and whether or not we show interest.
And really, if you had to play for that crap coach, you'd probably get high to feel better too.
