Well, it does make their magnanimous attitudes in the past look sort of condescending if this was really how they had been all along lol.. they were just being entitled and smug then, and it makes the meltdown just that more deliciousNah...this is who they've always been. Watching them bail off the wagon when it ultimately fails will be hilarious. If Saban had lost the Texas and A&M games they would be really looking to can him...they all suck.
this was basically Pate’s warning. Stop thinking playoff, and start focusing on what’s in front of you.
said that the fans can influence the team, and the “Fans can look ahead, they don’t have to play” mindset isn’t accurate because of that.
I looked at the scores from halftime today and started having cold-sweats and flashbacks. 10-7 type stuff. . . we put up 17 in the 1st 5 minutes. We put up 31 in the 2nd qtr yesterday! I will never be able to enjoy football again, outside of our offense,My NEW Vols have ruined the NFL for me and I love it. Nobody scores fiddy in the No Fun League. It's just boring to me now.
I hate Florida's intestynes, but it's more fun when they're good too.Josh Pate is the best analyst, commentator, whatever you wanna call him. Very balanced. He played a segment by Brandon Walker who really misconstrued Rucker’s tweet (I’m not a big fan of Rucker bc I think he’s a weirdo) about college football is better when UT is good. Walker said, “college football doesn’t need (key word, need) UT to be good, or Bama, or whoever else bc college football will keep trucking.” Rucker simply said college football is better when UT is good. And I agree not only bc I’m biased but bc it brings parity to the sport. It would be great if Miami or Nebraska joined the party too. He didn’t say college football needs UT to be good. Brandon Walker, whoever the hell he is, is a douche. College football will be more healthy when more programs are competitive. I’d love to see Miami, Nebraska, and some of these other historic programs get back to prominence. I think most fans are tired of seeing Alabama, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Clemson, Georgia, etc being the only programs in the playoff year in year out. College football needs more parity. Hopefully NIL brings that.
