Sounds good! The airport is pretty centrally located, easy to get to a lot of areas. It is pretty close to a lot of neighborhoods - Little Havana, Brickell - my hood, Wynwood, Coconut Grove. J. Wakefield in Wynwood is the best brewery in Miami.
This is the time of year I work a lot, but if I don't work Saturday I will holler.
Ah, Kentucky. If Phoenix University had a brick-and-mortar location. Thanks for fighting the good fight, Slice.I may have been disowned by a family member on my mothers side. Mom is from Kentucky and her whole family is Kentucky grads. Needless to say my mothers love of Tennessee basketball drives them crazy. (She graduated from UT so I don’t understand their issues) but anyway I’m talking to a cousin and football finally came up. I said they were going to have a good year. 4-5 losses is good for Kentucky.
He hung up on me just after telling me how they were beating our ass in Knoxville this year.
So…. I text him and said “you do realize you’re still Kentucky, right?”
i may not hear from him for a while.
I was given this "job".@Behr dethroned TFG as game threader. He's the boss till he ain't.
I think there are places he could go where it would be easier to recruit and try to build a dynasty. The problem for him as I see it is that OM is paying him over $7 million a year and their expectations are tempered for now. There’s not many schools that will pay substantially more and most those places he’d be on the hot seat day one. It’s going to be tough for him to get a better job than Ole Miss.
My point is that he would not be given an opportunity by anyone better.I think there are places he could go where it would be easier to recruit and try to build a dynasty. the track record of people I wanted over our last few hires is suspect at best. Some have completely flamed out and some the jury is still out. When I look back at the totality of Freeze’s career I see four programs that sucked and he made them all substantially better in a short time. I figure that’s enough of a track record to assume he can do it again. Now, Heupel has done the same thing in Knoxville although he had not done it somewhere else beforehand. I had no reason to expect Heupel to succeed here and he could still f things up but at this point I think he’s done as good as anyone else they could’ve hired.Liberty. That's where all the Best coaches go to revive their careers.
I believe the true test comes next season when we lose some of our key personnel to graduation. That's when we all will know if CJH is da man or not, imo.the track record of people I wanted over our last few hires is suspect at best. We really seem to be “next man up” for the first time in a long time. Our main receiver gets injured and his backup makes plays. And 2 othe guys have breakout games.I believe the true test comes next season when we lose some of our key personnel to graduation. That's when we all will know if CJH is da man or not, imo.
Does he keep his staff?
