Gawd I hope Bru comes back next year...he, Hyatt, Milton, and Keyton (I think he can come back cause COVID year) could have a big year next year.

According to AP, Bru intends to come back.

We really missed Burrell yesterday. I know he gets roasted by Vol fans, but last year he got picked on because teams avoided A. Taylor. When Burrell gets beat, it is most often because the other team made a great throw and catch. Very rarely is he beat by a wide margin. Yesterday, there were Florida receivers just wide open with no one near. I believe Burrell would have made at least a play or two that could have helped stop a Florida drive.

Ref was looking right at him and quickly looked away. The fans behind the ref woulda grabbed him and he would never be seen again if he threw a flag on that … the ref quite literally saved his own life right there.

Yes, I guess I should have said the DB's and I mean every last one of them. What's the odds all the DB's we have are really that bad? If they are that bad why are we recruiting them? I'm gonna have to give credit where I feel is due,Coach Banks as well as every coach involved with the safeties and cornerbacks, hell while we're at it throw in the support staff and every waterboy that brought them a drink. I've been unhappy with their play all year, every time I see them in zone and allowing first down catches I have to stop myself from throwing something. If your good enough to beat us playing press with the occasional zone to mix it up then good for you but for us to allow what we've all been seeing so far this year is just driving me crazy.What the hell happened to the good old days when you could watch good defense?

It isn't necessarily the DB's or their talent. There are talented guys in UT's secondary. The scheme and playcalling seems to be setting them up to fail. They kept zoning up vs UF and UF kept converting. Players don't call the plays.

Had a GT intern this summer who had friends on the football team - said team had bets on when he’d be fired and they said it would be by Game 4. They were right. How terrible. GT people are convinced you can win there - I am too.

This officiating crew let both teams play. Most of the criticism of them was replay related. I know lots of people thought they missed two horse collars, but both of those were close. I am glad they were not running around calling a bunch of unsportsmanlike fouls.

In ‘95 I went to the UT-UF game in Gainesville. After the game, the soft top on my jeep was shredded with a razor blade. All I had was a small “Block T” on my bumper
