There's tons of good YT channels. Like, take your pick. The only advice I would give you there is not to fall in the trap of finding wild low percentage techniques on YT and only trying those. Stick to the basics. Chew Jitsu is a friend of a friend and I really like his channel.

As far as conditioning... Swimming really helped me get ready for competitions. But the best way is just to roll more rounds.

That’s man! Yeah, I have found that starting out it’s about positioning and not getting tapped. The school I joined has honestly been great. Blue belts have taken time to help me.
I will check him out.

Posted this earlier but:
The SEC's reasoning is that the second game in each series was to "take place after Oklahoma joins the SEC in 2025." That led the SEC to nix Georgia's game at Oklahoma next season and Oklahoma's game at Tennessee in 2024.
Georgia was scheduled to go to Oklahoma in 2031, and the makeup of the 2020 game with Tennessee that was scheduled for Norman had not yet set a makeup date. But since it was expected to be after 2025, the SEC decided to wipe away both series.

Think the 2031 above is supposed to be 2021.

Some people thought they were going to dark mode jerseys for Akron. Deerpark even said that’s what he heard over the summer and hadn’t heard anything contrary to it since but Dark mode jerseys for Akron just never made sense.

6.6 wins average all-inclusive. Rounding takes you to 7 average.

And that's including a shortened 2020 season and 2-win 1st year.

Take away his first 3 rebuilding years and he's now averaging 8.4 wins in all full seasons.

That's just wild at UK, even with their garbage schedule (which they've always had).

Wouldn't be sad at all if he took another job. UK could do waaay worse, like when Jimmy Franks was at Vandy. Don't want Stoops around long enough that kids may actually get mistaken what that program really is (low rent).

He should take the Nebraska job and ask for the same type of contract. 😆

Might not be too funny. They'd probably give a contract like that if they thought someone could get them past 7 wins every year.

If you can win at UK in the SEC, you can keep up 8-9+ wins a year at Nebraska.

Then again so did Bo Pelini 👀

In every year prior, a few of the same folks reliably roll through a week or two before the Florida game to remind us how silly our hope is. And they have been quite more than right considering the scoreboard since 2017...2016.

Iirc it is usually @bignewt with a "don't do this to yourselves", maybe @nicksjuzunk with a good ole "Oh No Baby What Is You Doin?", and a couple others.

Or is everyone on board with unfettered optimism against Florida this year?

I’m really trying to figure Florida out this year. I’m still not sure what we’ve got there
