Not sure he'd leave Kansas in just year 2. I know he has previous ties to Nebraska, but the job is just so unstable. Nebraska has high expectations, and the job security is terrible. I'm sure they can offer a bigger contract, but is it worth the risk when you have job security? If they were in better shape, it would make sense, but given how Frost has left them, I think he's better off staying where he's at.

Tennessee over Pitt. I think Tennessee left some meat on the bone for real, especially in the first half. I was impressed with how Pitt stayed in this game.

Tennessee, to me, is really good. The way that we talk about Tennessee is a bit discourse-poisoned because of who they share their real estate with (Georgia and Alabama).

If you just watch them, they've made a leap. They've got a good thing going here. They are extremely athletic on both sides of the ball.

They have these two receivers - Cedric Tillman and Bru McCoy. Bru has had an interesting college career, but Tillman is a GUY. Tillman is a serious, serious player. I don't know how he was so under the radar, because he is the son of an NFL player and he played at Bishop Gorman, I guess he was a late bloomer. He took what he wanted.

Tennessee just has good players on both sides of the ball.

I like how cooper said on Off The Hook podcast after the Pitt game, that he would rather play against big, strong linemen, than smaller, faster guys like Pitt had. He said Pitts dline was as good as anybodys. Said they reminded him of Georgia last year. Said Kancey was a problem

Side note: Hooker’s show is actually really good, sans his cohost. There are lots of well-informed cohosts (male and female), but she is not one of them. She seems to come across as one of those people that is just trying to be cool/act like she knows what she’s talking about…plus she’s a Bama fan.

Hey! Like us last year with them! He’s bisching about ONE call which every entity that knows the rules disagrees with him. We had a couple in that game and at least TWO last year that were egregious and countless jersey thefts that were uncalled.
