Campbell has been offered better and turned it down. Does he have some special connection to Nebraska? If not, why would he leave a program he's built, where he has excellent job security, for a total rebuild at Nebraska? Unless he has some special tie to Nebraska, I don't see it happening. It's the equivalent of Grumors.
Well one reason he might consider it is that if he goes there and fails he'll be filthy rich.

Idk if that was faked.. he was limping before. Probably being more dramatic than he needed to be, but I think he was hurting
I think you’re right. His ankle was wrapped pretty significantly in the second half when he went down again. Granted, we were marching again so I’m skeptical.

The first guy that went down was definitely really hurt, but we’ve been burned so much, you could hear our fans booing on tv

Samford coach gave Kirby his first ever coaching opportunity at Valdosta St. He just wasn’t going to beat him 70-0. I’m sure they had a little agreement lol.

I understand that part, but if you can tolerate watching the game (I don't enjoy watching cupcake games), you'll see that Georgia's offense did not execute well considering the competition. I admire Stetson Bennett for his determination, but he's gonna need a lot more help if the offense is supposed to carry this team. The defense did their job and overwhelmed Samford with speed and size, but that won't always work as the season goes on.

It’s tough for us to know what is legit and what isn’t. I will say we beat the snot out of them and were more physical. They had a lot of injured players on both sides of the ball. Teams notice and will not look forward to playing the Vols.

My wife and i are wanting to drive up from Columbia, SC to take our 2 kids to the Akron game this coming weekend. Are we better off buying tickets at the stadium, online or off someone selling out side the stadium?

PS...I've talked my wife into this for our anniversary if I can find a good price on tickets. She's a USCjr fan

How many of y'all actually remember Heupel as a player?

I only watched Vols football back then. Didn't follow CFB nationally at all.
He was good/solid...a great leader. Imo, was better his Jr yr than his Sr yr. Heisman runner-up his Sr yr...led Oklahoma to an upset of FSU and Heisman winner Chris Weinke in BCS Title game. Finished runner-up over the likes of Drew Brees (3rd), LaDainian Tomlinson (4th...should've won it), and Michael Vick (6th).

Pitt's OL didn't look well coached to handle an attacking defense. They let way too many blitzing LB'ers and DB's through untouched, and Slovis apparently has no sense of self preservation. Their future opponents are taking note, I'd guess. Kedon should take out a life insurance policy if he doesn't have one.

There are people in the FF going on about how great the officiating was in the Pitt game and in the bama game… do people that post in that forum even watch the games??
I saw lots of missed calls. I know it comes across as being a crybaby, but I swear refs do not like us. And these were SEC refs. One of the Pitt RBs runs I saw a blatant block in the back.
