Hmmm, looks like a Glitch to meWe did it everyone! I have successfully ignored you all 50,000 times. I couldn't ignore you if it wasn't for you, so you deserve this celebration as much as me! Go VN!

I question how much respect we'll get for that ugly of a win.#6, #8 and either the #20 or #12 will go down, plus we beat the #17 team, we should LEAP in the polls
Yeah I hated our 2nd half offense, but won't overreact because we're unlikely to see that sort of defense again all season.Pleasant surprise: the defense, in all honesty. It looked like our plan was to make Slovis uncomfortable and we did that. Unfortunate for them that he got injured but if you wanna sit back there you gotta deal with the dogs.
Unpleasant surprise: 2nd half offense. Special teams except for the kicker.
I want to see the replay and watch our WR. I think that the Pitt DBs were getting away with murder in the second half and not getting called. On the Tillman winning TD he was getting held and it wasn't called. I think they were having their way back there and that's why Hooker was holding it so long.
Blocked punt didn't result in a scoreRanked win in OT on the road against the reigning ACC Champions.
Defense had 2 TOs and I think 6 sacks. Allowed 2 big plays but overall held contain and was disruptive.
Hooker passed for 325 and 2TDs. Tillman 162yds 1 TD including game winner in OT.
The only thing I could really complain about is special teams. Blocked punt and muffed punt. Both resulted in scores.
So I think Pitt was in this game on 4 major plays: the long rushing TD, the TE hurdle TD, and the two special teams miscues. Defense otherwise dominated and offense put up 34.
Only Tennessee fans would complain about that win.

We definitely made mistakes, but that win looks good on paper. Good teams force their opponents to make mistakes. Wright lost the fumble bc of a defensive effort play. The block was an effort play. I'd say Flowers's muff was the only big "unforced error." We also forced them to make a lot of mistakes. 2 or 3 missed FGs, interception, fumble.I question how much respect we'll get for that ugly of a win.
That said #8 and #6 losses were really bad. #20 and #17 seem obvious jumps. Top 20 for sure.
Handle our business smoothly next week and I could see a top-15 bout vs UF on the horizon...if they win tonight (hope they don't).
