War in Ukraine

Most people have moved on and no longer care about Ukraine. Most I talk to are fed up with sending them billions of $ and arms. Even the ones who were supporting them back in the spring.

I'm good with how Russia has handled this since 2014. They have bent over backwards in doing their due diligence to prevent what finally transpired in Feb. For Russia's own safety, Ukraine could no longer be trusted as they were an agent of the West. They will be rightfully annexed.

100% trolling now. Come on man at least try!

Links and names of journalists who have documented the atrocities have been provided multiple times in here. You trolls refuse to believe it. No need for me or anyone else to continue to repeat myself.

QUESTION: Did Ukraine kill its own civilians in Donbas?

GOOGLE RESPONSE:

Did Ukraine kill 14,000 pro-Russians and civilians in Donbass?

"The answer to this question is No. 14,000 is the number of the total victims of the war in Donbass on both sides.

There are several myths used by Russia and its fellow travellers to justify the invasion of Ukraine. One is that a “genocide” was happening in Donbass, where Ukrainians killed “14,000” pro-Russian separatists and civilians since 2014.

This is just another myth, as are others we debunked in a previous Bitter Winter series. Many who repeat this story have only a vague idea of what “Donbass” means. “Donbass” (also spelled Donbas) is not a legal but a cultural and historical expression. The name was coined in the 19th century as an acronym for “DONetsk BASin,” an area in the east of Ukraine renowned for its coal mines. The coal boom of the same 19th century led to the immigration of thousands of Russian-speaking workers from present-day Russia into what was originally a predominantly Ukrainian-speaking area."

Ukraine wants no part of peace talks, what else is Russia supposed to do? They are protecting themselves from a rogue regime. If the shoe was on our foot, would you expect the US to do anything differently?
llets spell this out for the US. Flip roles here and see how you react.

US and Mexico typically have good economic relations at least compared to others. Mexico typically doesnt do as much business outside of the US as they do with the US. The US has also on multiple occasions conquered and or fought Mexico and has even taken territory from them.

Now Mexico doesnt like their reliance on the US, and elects a series of pro Chinese leaders for about 30 years. Now eventually one pro Chinese politicians who has been pro Chinese on campaign and for more than a decade gets elected. After announcing a big treaty with China they actually end up signing a deal with the US instead, and back out of their Chinese deal. Now the Mexicans dont like that they elected this guy because he was pro Chinese, and got pro American treaties out of it. They protest the guy and some protestors get shot. Not unheard of in Mexico. The now pro American leader gets heli-vacced out by Seal Team 6 to a prepared mansion and gets a 7 figure allowance from the US government. Meanwhile the Chinese ambassador to Mexico is seen a couple days before interacting with the protestors and an old Chinese politician makes some anti Mexican leader comments back in china.

Next, some little green men occupy Baja California. Kick out the local officials. And then hold an election where they stand over the ballot boxes with guns while masked. And America Annexes them.

As that is going on a "bunch of locals" supported by some very vocal Americans, in person and financially, in next door Sonora decide that despite being a clear majority Mexico they are going to leave Mexico to be independent. In their local mines they just so happen to find some fairly modern Abrams not commercially available. They also find a bunch of new American service rifles that the entire US military doesnt even have yet, as well as a bunch of other current edition US military equipment. More modern than what Mexico itself has. Then armed with all this American stuff, they round up all the Pro Mexico , pro Chinese, people and deal with them in various methods, including having some selectively chose to go to Guantamo Bay.

Sometime after that the breakaway region and mexico start fighting. Let's just say that Mexico fires first. Things arent going well for Sonora, and then the straight up American military shows up to help fight Mexico. And the breakaway region suddenly isnt about to collapse bringing peace to the area. As well as a mass deployment by American military along the entire Mexican border, and America gets allied Guatemala to also saber rattle at Mexico allowing American troops to take up that border as well.

Now in that situation, would you believe, Mexico, China, or the United States was at fault?

Kennedy during the Cuban Missile Crisis gave us the blueprint. You pick up the phone and try diplomacy. Diplomacy is verboten with this group of Western leaders right now. Truss gives the impression that she can't wait to pull the trigger.

Nonsense, you're seeing what you want to see. Comrade.

There is a way to answer that question that shows both strength and appropriate restraint, but you have to be smarter than Truss to do it on the fly.

As a guy that sniffed trumps jock, please don't lecture anyone about restraint.

I think the East they do but its immaterial, they'll continue to blow the crap out of it.
No they clearly dont. Or else they wouldnt have to be fighting over it. And the Ukrainians would be locking up more than the odd mayor for helping the Russians, which would be treasonous in any country, during a time of war.

Was that supposed to represent your interpretation of Russia's involvement? Because it was quite biased and quite frankly wrong.

Look, I don't care how you spin it, at the end of the day, America isn't going to let China build up on their border or Russia for that matter and rightly so.

Yeah, I think my posting history would disprove any Trump sniffing. Then again, this comes from a guy who said Trump may have been selling nuclear tech to foreign Nations....soooo, there is little reason to take you seriously.

Huh. LOL

You think any of the countries can produce enough of anything by themselves, its called globalization. The United States couldn't produce enough toilet paper by itself. The demand for artillery shells is probably greatly outpacing the supply in any of these countries. So?

Not sure where you are going with any of this.

None of what you are talking about is going to change the end result in the Ukraine other than insignificant details. Either the Ukraine gets blown up with conventional artillery shells or tactical nuclear artillery shells.

Probably all the parties that want to blow up the Ukraine are looking for shells. I'm sure there is a mad rush, everyone wants the Ukraine blown up. LOL
The US actually produced plenty of TP. It was just getting it where it was needed that was the issue. So move this argument from #1 to #3.

Russia was supposed to be different, not globalized. I think you will piss off @Rasputin_Vol making claims like that. And I havent seen any major nation outsource its major military production. Especially when planning this war as long as Russia has.

It's funny how Russia is still making money and still trading with other countries yet you clowns think they are going to go in some kind of dark age.

Outside of mainstream, left wing, and the occasional conservative news sources - the only people I've heard say anything bad about Russia or their culture are you and your fellow cackling hen trolls on this thread.
Lol..So all of them?

I'm Russian, comrade. I know exactly what their culture is like.

To be fair to Donjo he can only post what he is authorized to post out of his playbook. Hence the same old tired tactics and schoolyard rebuttals that only work in a society with rampant fetal alcohol syndrome or cultures with sub middle school educations.

I have no idea what that means. The Ukraine will continue to be blown up by everyone involved... everyone wants it blown up because that is the end result.

Russia was supposed to be different, not globalized. I think you will piss off @Rasputin_Vol making claims like that. And I havent seen any major nation outsource its major military production. Especially when planning this war as long as Russia has.

Components are made overseas than transported to the US. Same reason cars were sitting in parking lots waiting to be finished around the US as there wasn't computer chips... the computer chips are made in other countries. Just like Europe doesn't have the capacity to supply their own energy.

I have no idea what you are talking about, many countries outsource their military components... heck, the US outsources its services to get military equipment from one spot to another. So what? Much of what the US does is outsourced to third party companies, countries and civilian personnel. I take it you were never in the military?

The end result will be the same to the Ukraine... all this strange discussion isn't going to change the result.

Russia was supposed to be different, not globalized.

All countries are involved in globalization, some more than others.

I doubt any country can turn on artillery shell production at the rate they;re going through them (people don't just leave that amount of production sitting there), which is why many countries in Europe have already said they have gone through considerable supply. So what? Make more, blow it up some more, make more, blow it up some more... until nothing is left. And everyone will than be happy.

Don't worry... if someone runs out... someone is going to produce it because everyone wants that crap hole gone.

The western leaders have put themselves in a bit of a pickle. I would have liked to see a more measured approach.

I doubt looking to the people that got everyone into an energy shortage for no reason, than got the Ukraine in a war for no reason, and than got Europe into an economic war for no reason.... are going to have the answers.

These people don't "measure" anything, its all guessing.

I really think they need to implement a sarcasm note or option that people can attach to a post. I really have no idea if this guy is serious or not.
