Tucker Carlson Obsession Thread (merged)

My question was simple.
When you look at Trump, Tucker, and MTG laughing as the spectators chant "Let's go Brandon", do you feel more of a sense of pride or shame?

When your woke, middle school library has pornographic books available for children to check out, do you feel a sense of pride or shame?

You must have missed it as I already stated my position. It’s a simple answer, neither. They were laughing at the moment. Big friggin deal. It was and still is meaningless. Do you have more of a sense of pride or shame when Obama said “never underestimate Joe’s ability to f*** things up!” I mean, if you want to get into minutiae and whataboutisms…. well, okay. To me, they’re both a big nothing burger, other than being pretty funny. This isn’t hard, Looth.
I didn't miss it, already added your tally to the neither column.
I had more of sense of pride (since I'm more than willing to pick one) when Obama said that. Thought it was pretty funny.

I would view that as shameful. Luckily, it's not the case for any school library.
I also find the fact that you think it is the case shameful.

Don't you ever see parents trying to read passages from the books to the school board and being shut down for it? I don't make things up dude.

I haven't ever seen that, and I do not believe it is an issue. No more so than some people going nuts over the word "damn" being said in Gone With the Wind being an issue.

I read all four articles. If a parent has a concern about a book, they should be allowed to voice that concern. That seems to have been the case in all 4 instances. Some of their concerns were idiotic and a couple of the concerns approached being legitimate.

I was referencing Tuckers integrity since he's held up as a standard around here.
He is? The only 'standard' I see TC being held up as is the league leader in ratings. I don't see many people lauding him as anything other than what he is.. an entertainer.

So I was right, and you were wrong since you said this stuff never happens when you called me shameful?

Not really. The term "pornographic" doesn't apply to any of the instances.
If you think it is truly even remotely a significant issue, you have been intentionally mislead.

Good. Then you understand my point.

WATCH: Joy Behar says she supports free college — but not for future Tucker Carlsons

The ladies of The View collectively expressed their support for forgiving all student debt on Tuesday, telling viewers that large amounts of debt are even following people all the way to their earthly demise.

"It goes with you to the grave," co-host Whoopi Goldberg said of the "crippling student debt."

Co-host Joy Behar, however, felt the government may need to take a more strategic approach.

"I think that we need to target it a little bit," she claimed. "I dont wanna subsidize somebody who's going to go to college, no debt, and then become a hedge funder or Steve Bannon or Tucker Carlson."

That show has the dumbest cast of chicken heads I’ve ever seen . Their ignorance sometimes doesnt even seem believable . I love it when they cluck about “ the fringe “ or the “ right wingers “ then follow it up with statements like this one showing their desire for authoritarian control / intentional prejudice in our government towards certain groups .

So mind numbing that they either believe what they say,,or just for ratings. Maybe the IRS will send a dozen auditors at each one off their princess lives.
****ing fat and ugly pigs.

NYC man accused of Threatening Fox News Anchors Avoids Prosecution — Twice

A New York City man who allegedly sent hundreds of online threats to three Fox News broadcasters and their families has been given a pass by federal prosecutors — twice, The Post has learned.

Jeffrey Rodriguez was arrested in 2021 and charged by the feds in a six-count complaint with cyberstalking and threatening interstate communications for the vile missives, in which he repeatedly said he would kill the anchors and called them “Nazis,” according to court records.

Rodriguez was arrested and given a six-count complaint with cyberstalking and threatening interstate communications in 2021.

Instead of seeking a trial or plea deal, Manhattan federal prosecutors inked a deferred prosecution agreement with Rodriguez in May, agreeing not to proceed with the case if he followed a number of rules for one year, including making no social media posts about anyone who works at the network. The agreement also requires him to participate in mental health treatment.

Rodriguez violated the terms earlier this month with a post on Instagram that tagged one of the victims in the case, Assistant US Attorney Madison Smyser wrote in a letter filed in the case Wednesday.

But rather than rip up the agreement, prosecutors agreed to let Rodriguez slide, requesting that Magistrate Judge Barbara Moses only “admonish” and warn him at a conference Thursday.
