IIRC, he played 3 games for Clemson (maintaining his redshirt availability), last year, and then transferred to WVU. Obviously couldn't play immediately. He went thru spring practice with WVU, and then decided to transfer again, this time as a grad transfer. Two years of eligibility left; redshirt year and covid year.

Yeah, the person claiming that simply looked at his career stats, most likely, and never saw a down played for WVU.

Good job by staff to bolster a unit that is already taking damage before the season even starts. At the very least this will drive competition in camp. Ideally this addition will get us will into or through the SEC portion of our schedule. Bonus if this guy ends up being what we see in the highlights.
