brown rice is packed with more nutrients than white rice. But if you’re going to push the cardio, simple carbs and brown rice can be your friend. Just moderately.

Lulz. I understand that. I have 2. They sit side by side. No, I'm not THAT anal, but I didn't trust the first one after it was too late to send back, but turns out its accurate, or they both are off the exact same amount.Just ordered up a scale, left mine in Cali. I wanted to lose a little before getting one because I don’t want to know right now. I am certain I weigh more now than I ever have. Guess I’ll find out tomorrow.
