"Getting back" tends to happen in plateaus. It's seldom straight line improvement.

Usually, a team has to experience and fail at winning big rivalry games before they come back the next season and "get over the hump." Latest example: Georgia vs Bama.

I think Tennessee will be back when we have stellar defensive tackle play and two edge rushers who have to be accounted for by offensive protection. In the old rock-paper-scissors metaphor, when we have both rock and scissors, we'll be able to dictate with our D.

Here you need to listen to Austin Price (Or if Brent suddenly changes tune as Austin is on vacation). If nothing changes from Austin, then we are still in clear. To me it’s a good sign that Miami saying he is stopping communication with teams. (We didn’t hear that from our side).

Exactly this is all TN unless you see a big shift in predictions in the next 24 hours from Biggins/Simmons/Fong/AP/Ryan. If it continues to be we like where TN is but Miami is continuing to swing hard type talk we should be golden.

Totally agree with you Yoyo82 with respect to Tennessee. The only reason to go there is if their offer is the highest....and that's only if money is the thing you care about the most.

I could see Francis going to Tennessee and being bored & miserable (with terrible allergies all the time). They offer far less than us in virtually every category.

Miami is such a vibrant & cosmopolitan city that's a gateway to the Caribbean and Latin America. Much much bigger economy and jobs that pay more than a paltry $30,000 per year (sorry Knoxville but that's not hot). Miami is also a much more beautiful city with beautiful green ocean waters & white sandy beaches.

Exactly.
Tuscaloosa is one. And kids are heading to South Bend, Indiana by the bunches to play for Freeman right now too. Luckily many of these kids aren’t as shallow as those posters.

Also, Knoxville is a great place
