Economic freedom is not something I have researched much honestly . I’m pretty into the moral aspects of politics .

Morality only matters if you can feed yourself. I’d recommend you learn more about economics. Without economic progress no other progress is possible and I believe your misunderstandings about capitalism and socialism are grounded in your lack of understanding about economics.

When you do reach economic security in your life (and hopefully you will) be prepared to be ridiculed and attacked for your success.

appreciate the info . Economics is hard to get into honestly . I have no idea where to begin

Decriminalization of preforming sex work while making is illegal to solicit it . Universal healthcare . Rehab instead of prison . Free daycare . 4 day work weeks … Naps at work lol

Each street or household don’t have their own laws. But some HOAs tend to think they have a lot of authority. Some states could attempt to delegate to the counties and municipalities. But generally the states set those bars. The death penalty is at the state level. Assisted suicide laws are at the state level. Physicians are licensed by the states.

Banning something that a lot of people want just creates an avenue to skin the cat differently.

And overturning Roe doesn’t ban anything. It just makes the abortion choice more democratic.

You can play word games but the SCOTUS paves the way for the ban. Many States had automatic triggers to do just that.

I find it ironic that you chose to term that "the abortion choice."

Most of the videos are very short, but I did include a 45 minute lecture by Friedman on "Is Capitalism Humane", since you stated a preference for moral arguments I thought it may interest you.

That's now a topic you can freely discuss with your local officials and if you don't like the answers you get, moving states is far, far easier than moving countries. Which is just another reason this was the right decision.

SCOTUS is judicial, not legislative. They aren’t paving anything. They’re interpreting.

Choose to vote for those that promise to enact the legislation that you want. It’s called practicing democracy. Select the representatives that will create legislation more to your preference.

Incorrect. Anyone that disagrees with where they live is free to move. Or stay and work to change things. Don’t give up so easily. Stay and to change things. That is the epitome of freedom and liberty. Maybe take a step back and evaluate how you are interpreting things. It would do you good.
