Let's take the analogy to our country. I'm a red blooded American fighting like hell to defeat Putin. Somehow Putin wins. So now I'm going to fight like hell to take over Canada under Putin's directions? Hell no. I'm done and if I'm forced to fight for Putin I'm half-assing it at best

Who is going to stop them in Poland? Duda has just admitted that they are depleted of a substantial amount of weapons thanks to the Ukraine crisis. They are even begging their NATO partners for used equipment.

Not only that, but men and material that could have been used in a possible insurgency campaign are being ground down and wasted in these unwinnable "stand and fight" skirmishes in Donbas. The proper (and morale) thing to have done is spare those lives by looking to find an end to this at the negotiating table a long time ago.

To be clear, I am not the one making these assertions, nor is it being said by the person on Twitter. This was said by Ukraine's current presidential advisor.

Lol nope. Selling your people into slavery is not the moral out. The only people facing moral issues are the aggressive Russians. Everyone has a right to stand and defend themselves, even if it leads to them getting their butts beat.

Again, this is the Ukrainian presidential advisor calling these countries' militaries toy armies... not me.

Do you all not understand quotation marks? Arestovych is the one ridiculing the very countries that are emptying their weapons caches to save Ukraine. You guys need to take it up with him.

Russia bombing cities with entrenched Ukrainian military is different than Ukraine bombing a city that doesnt have entrenched Russian forces. There is no military objective in those strikes.

So you predicting the Russians will put up a border wall? We've been told those don't work. Where do you think the Viet Cong and N Vietnamese troops often went to regroup when they left the battlefield?

I thought they werent hitting civilian targets at all. That this was going to be a clinic for the rest of the world on how to fight a war while completely avoiding the civilians.
