Not to get ahead of ourselves, but Georgia Tech had 3 on all ACC first team while ND has 1 pitcher. GTech had a total of 6 across all teams while ND had 2. There were about 8 top draft picks that played in that regional.

I don’t follow college baseball nearly enough but it seemed like we got a pretty bad draw with GT and Campbell who are both very good hitting teams. I’m mostly basing that off of some of these scores from other regions though.

They’ll be just fine. It’s baseball, everyone has a bad day at some point. Good teams find a way to power through some adversity and get the W. This team does exactly that.

I wouldn’t say it was the best draw, but both Campbell and GT just didn’t have the pitching depth to totally slow us down. That’s what makes this team phenomenal- we are so deep everywhere that we can keep throwing guys out there if someone struggles.
