yeah it’s baseball. You catch a hot pitcher and make a key error and things get rough fast. Go to buckle up! And remember every team in this tournament is good and here for a reason. Lotta ball left to play, though! Should be fun.

I am a lawyer. Not for the NCAA or SEC. I have no vested interest in what they do. But the law is the law. I am just trying to make sure people truly understand what is at legal stake here. At this point, there is nothing standing in the NCAAs way from regulating NIL. Could that change? Absolutely, maybe even likely. But if we want to have a serious discussion about NIL, the status of the law matters.
