There is a bit of mixed message in the hand wringing.Also let’s not forget how difficult it is for the #1 overall seed to win the whole thing. I think some think we should just cruise past every team just because we are #1.
Lol I’ll stick to the medical field then lolI am a lawyer. Not for the NCAA or SEC. I have no vested interest in what they do. But the law is the law. I am just trying to make sure people truly understand what is at legal stake here. At this point, there is nothing standing in the NCAAs way from regulating NIL. Could that change? Absolutely, maybe even likely. But if we want to have a serious discussion about NIL, the status of the law matters.
