Are you lawyer for the SEC or NCAA? Why do you have such a vested interest in thinking they have right to regulate NIL?

I am a lawyer. Not for the NCAA or SEC. I have no vested interest in what they do. But the law is the law. I am just trying to make sure people truly understand what is at legal stake here. At this point, there is nothing standing in the NCAAs way from regulating NIL. Could that change? Absolutely, maybe even likely. But if we want to have a serious discussion about NIL, the status of the law matters.

Something isn’t clicking. They can still find a way to win. But it isn’t as dominating.
