How did the camp go for your son?

Went very well, thank you. Was his first “big boy” camp, and he did great. Competed against some pretty good kids. I’d say 300+ campers in all. He met several players, and most of the coaches. Had some one on one with coach Mack and Coach Elarbee. Was was stoked bc he talked to Jeremy Banks and was proud he was taller than banks!! Lol
It was a great experience for him. Several other schools were there, Uof Chatt, MTSU, and couple others I didn’t recognize. Very proud of him stepping out his zone and doing this at 15. There was some intimidating dudes there!

Any team, out of 300+, that makes this tournament is not a scrub. Same as Wright St was no joke.

No drama here, but it stinks. Some are guessing violation of team rules, but no hard news yet. Wes reported it and said he just spoke to Russell after practice yesterday, so at least doubts it is an injury. That's a positive.

I'm sure we'll take care of business regardless, but the cup is on for a reason. Shizzy timing.

We are not just giving him a break in game 1 of a regional. Game 1 is the most critical regardless of who you are playing. I don’t get a good feeling about this. He had to play catcher for a reason because we didn’t have anyone. Not the guy you want to lose

It screams Beamer. He's a goofy dude. So far he's been fairly likeable but also just goofy. He acts like he's parodying a positive thinking guru. Who knows, maybe that'll work but I've never liked the 'just happy to be here' attitude in any competitive sports. Be positive and even nice to your players and staff for sure but don't act like you're the leader of the pep club for a pee wee team.

Thar last one is the Caesars Palace jump for sure! I must have gotten gyped, mine never got up enough speed to stay upright half the time.

The base was too flimsy and you moved it cranking it and lost angle.
I gotta say..watching it then and now..there was some physics genius going on with the designers.
Riding dirt bikes we always said "when it doubt gas it". Troof...keep momentum going forward and hang on....lol
The great thing about this is it was really a learning tool for physics, launch angles..
