Agreed.. that’s why I said he’s my fav comedic podcaster. I think the king, the sting and the wing is about as good as it gets in that genre. I’m not as crazy about this past weekend (when it’s just him), or his standup(some of his bits are legendary though)

He reminds me of some of my family members. He always has some crazy addition to tell to anyone's story.

Drew had proton radiation therapy on his spine and brain at St. Jude. It was pretty incredible learning about. He actually has MRIs scheduled for next Thursday and Friday to see the progress of the chemo+meds treatment the last year if you’ns could pray.

I also wanted to share an update on his health. Last MRIs in the winter showed no measurable shrinkage whatsoever. It’s incredible he’s really even here with us today. Thank you, Lord, for doctors who are good stewards of the skills you’ve given them. Drew has finally gained some weight. About five pounds, and about where he was at pre-diagnosis. He is now a rising high school frosh that recently tried out for his cross-country team… I mean…wow.. how about that sentence.

Has anyone talked about the baseball All American team now meaning about as much as the Heisman trophy? The greatest team of all time, and we could only manage one on the 1st team?? You got to be kidding me! What the hell?? If Drew Gilbert and Trey Lipscomb aren't 1st team All Americans, NO ONE!!! is.

Guys and gals, I no longer want to just win, I want to burn everything to the ground and leave it all in ash. I want us to win, and absolutely ruin every sport in the process for anyone else that is not us.
