War in Ukraine

Now that is a headscratcher. I've wondered that myself.
Of course I'm pretty much the only one on here who has pointed that out and condemned. But since I don't follow a certain narrative 100% of the time I'm accused of being a "Pootin stooge" or whatever other name or insult they come up with. It's usually the tactic they use because they are incapable of having a decent conversation.

I guess when one is a patriot, it's less important to be prideful if it means saving your country. I dont think anyone is remotely surprised you or @Rasputin_Vol don't grasp that these Ukrainians love there country and will do anything to defend it from the orcs.
What does the "Lab rat" on your profile mean? Just curious.

I will say it's not just in russia, they have been very effective in other countries as well, like... the UK, and AMERICA.....

edit: BBC links don't work any more. The Lady was a big part of russian state tv. She's in hiding now. She says you have to TURN OFF YOUR TV's! She says it's a "brain washing machine". She says russia has created a "different world" that never intersects with reality. 7B9B023D-0114-4002-83FC-4FC21C687486.jpeg

Outside of Germany in WWII, what other incidents are you talking about?
Uhm. What.

The poles, pretty much everytime.
The Crimean Tatars.
Ukrainians.
Chechens.
Stalin's purges.
Lenin's purges.
The Russian Civil War
Manchuria.
The various steppe minorities.
Anyone else I am forgetting that has ended up relocated to Siberia or sent to a gulag.

Ever heard of the Circassian genocide? It's an event that doesn't seem to be discussed or taught about much these days.

This.

German Atomic Bomb Project

Germany began its secret program, called Uranverein, or “uranium club,” in April 1939, just months after German scientists Otto Hahn and Fritz Strassmann had inadvertently discovered fission. Germany had a significant head start over the Manhattan Project as well as some of the best scientists, a strong industrial base, sufficient materials, and the interest of its military officers. Nevertheless, the reaction of Heisenberg illustrates just how far the German program came from actually developing a nuclear weapon.
Lol. Keep reading up. They barely had enough fissile material to make one bomb, meaning after a test they would have none.

And they divided up the fissile material they did have into two teams, and thus couldnt reach the critical mass required, unknown at the time, to create the chain reaction that makes the bombs go "nuclear".

Now he isnt prideful? In your post where he told Western leaders to go eff themselves you said he did so because he was prideful. Which is it?

This is rich coming from you. Glad I was able to add Baghdad Bob to your troll repertoire. I hope to see more of you people using it in the future!

I am well aware of BB. You should search Baghdad Bob in this thread, it is likely I used it before you did.

You just said it... The Soviets. The Russian federation is nowhere near the same as the Soviet Union. I know that is tabu and is probably shocking to some of you, but you guys need to come to terms with the fact that yo are allowing your previous biases and disdain for the Soviets cloud your judgements about what we have in Russia today.
But Russia wanted their nukes back. And you might want to actually look at how the Soviet worked, and where most of their "voters" were from. I will go ahead and fill you in, Russia.

Russia was the mover and shaker of the soviet union. It's why they emerged the strongest/biggest country when the USSR fell. It's why they were the source of the USSR to begin with.

It's like saying modern day Germany has no relation to the German Reich

That is rich coming from the poster who still believes in the Trump/Russia hoax.

Look, everyone should turn off the tv. Russian, European, American, Ukrainian, etc.

Which countries are allowed to have nukes?

Uh, what? Arent you the one constantly arguing that Americans are losing value due to inflation even though wages go up?

That is EXACTLY what this is. He has to pay them more because inflation has gone up. Unless that more money=more buying power this is just inflation adjustment like we see here in the US.

*cough* sanctions *cough*

Let me refresh your memory, old man...

Septic, "You clearly don't understand what it means to have pride and not cower in the face of danger."

So which is it, Septic? Is he prideful or not?

I said you don't understand what it means, please try to keep up.

In any case, I'm probably wasting my time attempting to explain to you how humility and pride aren't mutually exclusive, comprehension and rational thought aren't your strong suits. But Zelensky clearly has a tremendous amount of pride in his country, but he's not above humbling himself in front of the world to ensure it remains sovereign.

I feel bad for having to dumb down explanations for you, you aren't a child; however If you want to trot out any more 'gotcha's' I'll be here.

Uhh, Septic, we are talking about Oleksiy Arestovych , not Elensky. Next time you "dumb it down" for me, can you at least be talking about the right person?

Uhh. My comments having nothing to do with a person and everything to do with the concept. As you pointed out, "You clearly don't understand what it means to have pride and not cower in the face of danger" was the statement I made.

It holds true irrespective of who you were talking about.

You're a coward who apparently doesn't have the ability to discern humility and pride. You never did answer - does your life partner know what a coward you are?
