It's the exact same argument you use for Dontesk.Go ahead and take it that way. You could be right. Also could be a backdoor way of joining NATO. Either way, the result is the same. The state of Ukraine (whether it is just Galicia or the rest of Ukraine left after Russia gets their part, will not exist. All of this hand wringing and talk about Ukrainian sovereignty was bogus.
If people choose to be free or join a collective, that's fine.
If people are forced to join another nation or a collective that is wrong.
Russia is resorting to force. That is wrong. Period. Doesnt matter what the people choose to do. Russia is in the wrong for using force, and as the only ones using force to get their results they are the worst offender.
-If I get a woman to have sex with me great, no one should care. That's what's happening with Finland and Sweden joining NATO.
-If I pay a woman to have sex with me, that's ok to as long as she is willing, and no one should care unless they have previously paid for the same sex. That's what you believe the US is doing with Ukraine.
-If I rape a woman in order to have sex, that's wrong. That is what Russia is doing. They are taking what they want by force and trying to justify their wrong because others were otherwise able to get what they wanted.
