Actually Miami is loaded with young talent...They had some good recruiting classes the past couple of years and are now stock piling some good talent...Now if they get a COACH they will be in good shape...Shannon isn't the guy to get it done...Tuberville is in waiting for the collapse.

Well I guess the rock didn't get painted as there is no EVIDENCE to prove such a theory...Ok give up the pictures of the rock guys...We have been patient :bash:

Go to the football thread. Dickens821 is on his way now to get a picture. He said give him 30 min....(unless he's lying)

I saw it at lunch time and it said, "What can Bryce Brown do for UT..NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP"

I feel the same way. Miami has stockpiled some young talent down in Coral Gables, but if Randy Shannon cant get to a BCS bowl in 2 years ( when those youngsters are Seniors ) then i think he will be fired.

Oregon has the talent?! Oregon is a team that is just about guaranteed to NEVER make a BCS bowl during his time there.

I think his point was that the USC system UT staff was telling Brown they would run requires the players that USC had at the time. He wanted to know what UT was planning with the players they have, instead.

Regarding Oregon's talent, they went 10-3 last season and finished ranking 10th in the nation. They are in the top 10 in many pre-season rankings for 2009, at least top 25 for every ranking I've seen. UT went 5-7 and was ranked 58th in the nation. I haven't seen any pre-season ranking for 2009 that puts UT in the top 25.

Awesome. Those end of last season and preseason rankings tend to be worth their weight in gold in evaluating football teams.

Not always. But, they do indicate what other people around the nation are thinking about different programs talent levels. So, I think it's safe to say that, most people who aren't pining for a recruit believe that Oregon has the talent level to be in the BCS hunt. Contrary to ClearWaterVol's assertion.

the next time Oregon has enough D to legitimately compete for a title will be the first.

Oregon is a joke until they prove otherwise.
