This IS an inspiring thread. Thanks, Slice! Still hanging at 106. Put in two 5 hour days of yard work over at Mom's. Yes, I consider that physical activity! Drinking Boost for breakfast. I actually like it.
I call it my f bit. It was a Christmas gift to me from Mom's husband. I don't like the way it registers my sleep patterns. Even if I get 6.5 hours, it'll only give me a "fair" rating. I take it off when I'm doing yardwork, so I have no idea about my steps/activity. But it does keep good time, haha!

A little late to the party but I was down 1lb to 267 this week. I'm not too upset because I went to 2 MLB games and went out to eat another 3 times. I tried to offset the diet by walking 44 miles last week.
