Friday weigh in thread

Not 100% certain of the accuracy but I'd even at 75-80% I'm OK with it.

I call it my f bit. It was a Christmas gift to me from Mom's husband. I don't like the way it registers my sleep patterns. Even if I get 6.5 hours, it'll only give me a "fair" rating. I take it off when I'm doing yardwork, so I have no idea about my steps/activity. But it does keep good time, haha!

I had been maintaining for awhile but decided to check in since I've been dealing with colitis (stomach issues) for the past week.

It will be back once I start eating normally.

108, thanks to eating better/more. I just don't want it to be belly fat. Women have a hard time with that. Well, I guess guys do, tool Have started doing sit-ups. Can only do 10 twice a day. I'll work up. Still working in Mom's yard.
