I never had kids, so just googled out of curiosity - a 30 ounce can of formula lasts and average of a week. Assuming you stop bottle feeding at 6 months, each kid would need about 26 cans before starting solid food. That's a lot of stress to mothers who can't find even one.

I live in Arizona and it seems that many of these criminals pass through my town to where ever they are going. Very common to go to the grocery store and see them with carts full of food and then paying for it with a government voucher.
