War in Ukraine

People said the exact same thing about the Chechens 20 years ago. They said they would never forgive The Russians and would forever be a problem for them.

Today, the Chechens are their most fierce fighters... the saw back then how The West used them as proxies and convinced them to fight to the very last Chechen and nearly destroyed their country.
are you speaking for the chechen people?

He’s lying the whole time by covering predetermined faked scenes. He’s being paid by RT. Imagine believing MSNBC being “live” at Covid hospitals talking about 100k people dying im the streets. Same credibility. You are being duped
Prove it. And once again you are free to go over there and do your own reporting and prove he's wrong.

So let me guess. You think MSNBC is now telling the full truth regarding Russia and Ukraine?

Not all, or even many, Chechens like Russia. Russia bribed Kadyrov's father to switch sides in the 2nd Chechnya war, and it's Kadyrov's followers who are fighting for Russia. It's a warlord kind of thing. I guess you are aware that many Chechens are fighting on the side of Ukraine.
Speaking of nearly destroying the country, Russian attacks, including on civilian targets, accounted for almost all of that destruction. Did you see what Grozny looked like at the end of the war?
Chechnya was fighting for its independence. Many there still want it.

Not okay with that (except for the killing of terrorists) but what does that have to do with Russia being an illegal invading force
It's called the United States and some European nations need to take blame for meddling unnecessary in that conflict. And where do you think the Ukrainian Armed Forces received their weapons that they turned around and used against their own civilians?

Many of these conflicts are also manufactured and created in order to benefit our military industrial complex. You guys are being duped as well. Worst of all innocent people are being brought into this.

Have you seen Grozny today?

Also, are you suggesting that the people of Chechnya have a right to soverignty and right to fight for independence from Russia? But the people in Donbas and Transnistria don't have those same rights in Ukraine and Moldova?

I think on a certain level, these people really don't believe the propaganda. I think they just carry over a visceral hatred of Russians from the Cold War. They're probably still made Ivan Drago killed Apollo Creed.

I haven't seen Grozny lately but I don't see where that matters.
Chechens are the majority in Chechnya; it's their country. Russians are the minority in Luhansk and Donetsk. Transnistria's not in the conversation.

They aren’t “fierce” Moe. They’re brutal, undisciplined, and animal like in their behavior.

Prove it? It’s been proven. Are you denying he stated he worked for Reuters and they stated it was a lie? Are you denying he had his wedding to a Soviet’s daughter broadcast on RT? Are you denying that RT pays him directly? Your gaslighting of MSNBC being liars doesn’t mean your nutjob comrade isn’t a liar too

Finland foreign minister Pekka Haavisto:

“Russia’s behaviour is more unpredictable, and it is ready to take higher risks than earlier. If we look at Georgia in 2008 or Crimea in 2014, we could say that in those cases, Russia took calculated risks. What is different now is that we see that Russia’s original purpose when attacking Ukraine was to change the regime in a country of 40 million people. This is a high-risk operation for Russia, but Russia showed it was ready to take those risks. We are also deeply troubled by reports that Russia could use nuclear weapons in Ukraine as its military continues to struggle. For Russia’s neighbours, the country’s loose talk on the use of unconventional weapons, including tactical nuclear weapons and chemicals, is very uncomfortable. This is a really concerning issue for us. This has triggered talk in Finland about our own security position in Europe.”

With the US now openly stating they’re sending $Billions in aid and military hardware, along with other NATO countries, and with the real concern that if Putin reached a point of desperation he could launch any combination of WMDs, then we would likely have to have information from somewhere that legitimately assuages those concerns. Are we receiving cooperation on the other side that ensures this won’t happen and the goal of both sides is to simply stop Putin, force his pullback while negating the threat to Russia itself? We’ve all questioned the possibility of back channel communications with the other side. Could the plan have already been set?

I keep wondering what kind of communications are going on between Russia and China. China cannot be happy with Russia threatening the use of WMD especially nukes. China may be ok with Europe burning but that kind of fire is going to be hard to contain.
