War in Ukraine

Maybe you should post more from Mother Jones while you're at it.

Got bad news for ya, Juicebox.

This war is already over. As the frogs say, it's a fait accompli.

Russia got its proverbial ass kicked in 10 different directions. The flood of western weapons will be the hair that broke the camel's back.

Sit back. Pop a cold one. Try to act American.

Enjoy the ride.

You guys have been saying this for the past month.

Ricky calls Zero Hedge a propaganda site when all the mostly do is mirror or repost news stories from other mainstream sites.
It's funny he says that about Zero Hedge but won't correct Python for posting articles from Daily Kos. Now we just need articles from BuzzFeed, Huffington Post, Mother Jones and a rant from Morning Joe and the ministry of truth here will have us all caught up.

I think we're all amazed that we can say it at all this far in. But we can. Russia was supposed to be this invincible war machine if I remember correctly.
I never said that as they are going against the largest military in Europe. Second they aren't committing all their forces.

How does one go about leasing weapons to Ukraine who is begging for funds?
And if the war ends with a partitioned Ukraine, who is left to pay the tab?

Incidentally, I just found out over the past few days that the lend-lease program that the US offered to Britain and the USSR in WWII amounted to both countries not being able to pay back those loans until around 204 or 2005. How in the world does any reasonable person expect a country like Ukraine to be straddled with that kind of debt? The West loves placing debt on these small countries with either IMF or World Bank loans, or "infrastructure projects" that is talked about in "Confessions of an Economic Hitman" or in this case military lend-lease agreements.

John McCain even said Ukraine needed IMF loans back in 2013-14. I believe this is much what this conflict originally revolved around.

Parallels to Vietnam War... mainly the 1954 Geneva Accords and the 2015 Minsk II Agreements. Whenever a diplomatic solution is available, but doesn't go to our liking, we make sure that our proxy doesn't do anything to abide by the peace agreement.
