Last year Ortega wasn’t even traveling with the team on away games - when team traveled he would sleep at the facility to get up and practice early in the AM.

What a bunch of stories , JO and TL waiting their turns , a left fielder Turning himself into a top knotch catcher , Redmond Walsh the save specialist, Drew Beam coming off an injury and hadn’t pitched in a while. Ben Joyce the fireman , I mean I could just go on and on !! Guys sleeping in the facility , heard Russell did crazy things like getting to the facilities before daylight and staying into way hours in the night working on catching. The work that this team has put in … Wow !!!
