Just watch his tape.

He'd be the best RB on our roster.

I really like the way this kid runs. I'm not convinced he's better than Small, yet, but I think he is better than Wright. Don't know about JW. Kid knows when to cut, cuts hard, runs hard, and knows when to just just push for more yards instead of dancing.

Everyone?
I was just telling my co-workers about the Mexican construction worker site at our local Mexican restaurant, Taco Bell. Every morning we have a meeting about where the local Mexican construction workers are, not once have we said anything about the white or black construction workers because they aren't worth our time.

Why does everyone specify if a construction work is Mexican? If they are white or black, do we just say, construction workers? I’m sincerely curious, because people everywhere say it, and don’t get it.
Edit for context. The site will not let me quote anyone for some reason. This is for @SoilVol
I said it because I interacted with them and they were almost entirely non-English speaking - indicating they weren't born in America and probably had very little knowledge of native wildlife. Yet they saw the value in protecting a creature they knew nothing about, found peculiar and that, for all intents and purposes, affected their ability to do their job. Something many native people would dismiss/destroy/not care about because "its just a killdeer." So I found their efforts and interest both inspiring and notable considering their identities. The same identities (male, non-English-speaking Mexican) that I see a lot of people criticize, curse at, fear, and complain for being here.

I felt it was an important detail to the story and observation for those reasons.

(I don't want this to go off the rails into some political or opinion-laden string of discussions - i just wanted to add context).

Edit to add: There were non-Mexican workers and site directors that didn't care about the nest. It was specifically a handful of the Hispanic workers that were monitoring it, making sure it was marked, and helping direct equipment around it.

Good people are everywhere. They are generally just quietly going about their business. It is the jerks and canoes that get noticed the most and make things seem worse than they are because they are loud and obnoxious.

Not sure how, myself finding it weird when people specify the ethnicity of construction workers can be construed as political. Apologies if my curiosity offended you.

Some folks believe they work for a fraction of the cost, they are not legal immigrants, and a large amount of the illegal earnings are sent back to their home country.

I could just be really stoned, but he runs like John Kelly

That Cal St Fullerton team that won the year Todd Helton took the BaseVols to the CWS was crazy dominant if I remember correctly. We were smashing everyone that year until we got paired against them and they smashed us lol!
I always remember seeing Helton get a big football win in Athens, forced into a September start when Colquitt was injured the prior week and with no spring practice (of course). Helton was cool as a cucumber. Duwgs' gameplan was to jam the line of scrimmage and dare Helton to throw. Up 3-0 near the end of the first quarter, Helton picks up a 3rd and 2 running the option, then... pitches one 53 yards!

Changed the whole game. They had to respect his arm. And that meant they had no answer to Aaron Hayden and "Little Man" Stewart pounding the rock.

We had scalper seats in the Georgia section and this guy a few rows away stands up in solid orange and shouts, "We're beating y'all with a baseball player!" I'll never forget it. 41-23 Vols.

It's at 29:39 if you want to see it.
