There is absolutely, zero reason for anyone to assume the nukes were different. You dont have to be able to manufacture more to be able to have nukes. You dont have to have easy access to firing the ICBMs the nukes are attached to have nukes.

The Ukrainians had them. The russians had to get permission to go get them. Ukraine is the only nation to give up being a nuclear power, and we have all learned that's a bad idea.

Kazakhstan was the first country to denuclearize. Theres a very good documentary about the polygon about it.

It basically takes the 1 sport Russia is good at and flushes it down the toilet. It hurts their fragile Russian pride thats about all, not really necessary since they do that to themselves quite well. That being said I'm sure they have taught their people something crazy along the lines of them inventing Tennis. The word Tennis was actually derived from the Russian word verkhovnyy and the evil satanic pansexual Western deathcults stole it from Make Glorious Motherland Russia Peoples who have still won every "Tennis" tournament since Russia created Adam and Eve.

That, ladies and gentlemen, is called tipping your hand.

russia invades less powerful nations, kills civilians intentionally, and decimates the infrastructure. It's what they do. Holding that as 'reasonable' is just sad.

If russia ever engaged a capable military, they would get their teeth kicked in. They know it. Heck, looking at comparable sizes Ukraine has absolutely humiliated the russian military. russia will likely end up capturing territory, but based simply on cannon fodder numbers alone.

Tennis isn’t a popular sport but I am a fan and my favorite player is Russian (Medvedev). Even if I wasn’t a fan I would find this stupid by Wimbledon.
