"“A note about Saniya Rivers’ transfer from South Carolina: She’s marked in the portal as ‘do not contact,’ meaning, she knows where she’s headed,” The Athletic reporter Chantel Jennings posted to Twitter."

She was held out of the first 3 NCAA tournament games due to a "coach's decision" and got a standing ovation when she finally entered against Creighton. She logged 20 min against Louisville in the Final Four. She only played 20+ min in 6 games last season. But she played more than any other freshman from their #1 class.

South Carolina has had 3 players transfer since winning the national title. 1 senior, 1 sophomore, 1 freshman.

Interesting. I didn't know there was such a designation as "do not contact". Also, I watch them play but don't follow recruiting like I do football. I assume this would be a great pick up?

She's bad to the bone, 36 ppg in hs, probably adjusting mentally from being the big fish to a team player. The struggle is real for some of em

5 star G #3 overall prospect in 2021 class who can dunk at 6'1". She'll be a draft pick on talent alone when she graduates.

G Jordan Horston and Mississippi State transfer F/W Rickea Jackson (SEC scoring leader in 21-22) are bona fide stars. Tamari Key is one of the best centers in WCBB. We just got the best true PG transfer in Jasmine Powell from Minnesota to go with our returning senior PG Jordan Walker.

All that and we signed 5 star W and #11 overall Justine Pissott.

Horston - 2019 5* #2 overall
Powell - 2019 4*
Pissott - 2021 5* #11 overall
Key - 2019 5* #47 overall
Jackson - 2019 5* #5 overall
