The US State Department got all of this started in 2014 with the coup. Why do you ignore this simple fact?
In the article I linked a couple of pages back the invading asshats claimed those numbers were on missiles used by Ukraine in Donbass. When the international monitor requested to see the weapon pieces none were produced. They never were. Another empty claim.Where does this information come from? Before I consider it I'd like to see receipts.
If you don't see that "for the children" is a psyop and propaganda, you aren't thinking critically. It is an obvious set up, just like the West tried to do in Syria and Assad allegedly using chemical attacks.
Again you ignore that it was a manufacturing number from the Soviet era that was shipped to many nations. And it has been proven that the russians have used this type of missile in the conflict, so it's not unreasonable to think they may have some missiles with the same manufacturing number as Ukrainian ones. One thing I didnt see ND40 cover was if there were multiple manufacturers which could narrow down the probabilities of who used it. But if only one manufacturer made them, there would be no reason to think it was more likely to be Ukrainian than Russian.Sure, could have been captured by Russia and fired by Russia, but trajectory looks to be from Ukrianian held territory. So that theory is unlikely. Again, all evidence points to Ukraine at this point.
As good as anything else?So Ukraine owned and used 91565 and 66, what are the chances they didnt own 91579?
Best I can determine the first two or three digits define the mfg plant. I inferred that meant there were multiple sources. This weapon goes back to the 70’s it shouldn’t shock anybody that they are sprinkled haphazardly around the former Soviet bloc countries. There is simply no compelling data showing deliveries were made to individual satellite countries in serialized sequence.Again you ignore that it was a manufacturing number from the Soviet era that was shipped to many nations. And it has been proven that the russians have used this type of missile in the conflict, so it's not unreasonable to think they may have some missiles with the same manufacturing number as Ukrainian ones. Oh you’ve done it nowAs good as anything else?
People do SN lookups on Colt military weapons all the time. The unit assignments are random based on what was in the pool to be handed out. You could own a 1911 that’s three digits away from a block that got sent to the Marine Raiders. Maybe it’s six away from a block that got sent to USS Missouri. No one will care. Yours got sent to Camp Bucksnort and is less valuable. Ukraine could have received a thousand of these rockets that ended with those last two SN’s. The block could also start on those SN’s. Without a quartermaster report it’s just guessing.
Again you ignore that it was a manufacturing number from the Soviet era that was shipped to many nations.
So we’ve gone from Russia doesn’t use them to Ukraine uses these far more than Russia. ClownI dont ignore it, but when most likely trajectory is from Ukraine held territory, Ukraine uses these far more often than Russia, Ukraine has used them recently in this conflict against civilians, Ukraine has more motive to do this than Russia and you take into account the high likelihood that due to the serial number on the rocket it was Ukrainian owned...all evidence seems to point in one direction.
With me it's not "hate Russia" programming. It may be programming to watch out for autocrats that have a pattern of trying to extend their empires. Germany and Japan fit that description in WWII. Now we have cooperative relationships with both Germany and Japan. In WWII Japan was fighting against China and Russia fought against Germany. Now our primary rivals are Russian and China. I don't want either of them gaining more power. I don't like us or our allies being dependent on either of them for energy or critical manufacturing activities.I really dont get the Russian hate. Are most of these posters boomers who lived through the cold war? I mean I am in my early 40s but I guess I missed the "hate Russia" programming.
A Le Pen win could derail that.Sweden to apply to NATO by June and Finland even sooner per a press conference by both countries. Most experts say they’ll be fast tracked into the organization.
I've seen the rationalization of America's meddling caused Russia's aggression many times in this thread. The elected president cozied to Putin against the will of the people, that drive them even further west.
You point out that the US started a coup, the most accurate way to describe it was assisted a coup. The people spoke and told them what they wanted out of government. The government ignored them and did something else, that paved the way for the coup, and it all started with Russia meddling in Ukraine against the peoples wishes.
So there is nothing supporting this, it's all conjecture. Until there is evidence to the contrary, the simplest, least complicated answer is the front runner. From what I have seen, some are investigating past known Tochka's used by Ukraine and going through photos to see if there are any pictures of the numbering.
