IDK... his uncle in the comments said they loved it.

They probably think what everything else does... that there's something wrong with him but it's not cool to mess with someone just because they're a little touched, especially when they're trying to be nice to you. When you draw fans from the general public a lot of them are going to be like he is and part of dealing with the public is learning to deal with folks who are a lot like him -- sometimes a little different, sometimes cringeworthy but well meaning, sometimes more than that. The difference is that they likely haven't seen the disturbing stuff he's posted in the past that's made everyone on here leary.

we are the villains and we’re fine with it. We’re better than you…. And you know it

It's not going to take too much more, and Arkansas' fanbase is going to be right up there with Bama and UGA and UF as the biggest fcuk sticks in college athletics.

He's like the mentally challenged kid in school that you would speak with to be nice.
No...he is not like that sweet childminded person you discribe, he is a mentally challenged jackass that often brags about and threatens violence, and brags about carrying a gun..

That is what I said..actually what I said was he should have just said "out of respect for the family, I will refrain from giving my opinion"

At some point, the truth will come out.
He said he knew Haskins was suicidal because he left Ohio State early... Where we was a first round pick and instant millionaire.

I'm sorry. On top of how insensitive it is, that is just verbal diarrhea. It might be different if he had a valid opinion. But that's something almost too stupid to be found anywhere on this site, which is exceptionally stupid.

From the very end of CTV’s postgame media appearance Saturday night:

Question: What did you think of Coach Heupel’s first pitch?

CTV: It was good. So, one of our knuckleheads, okay, it was a coach cause I’ve educated our players on who he is. I won’t say what coach. It’s a younger guy, and he said, oh, a southpaw. I was like, dude, you’ve never seen this guy throw a football? And he says, naw, and I said he’s a left handed Patrick Mahomes. Anyone who disagrees with that comment, obviously Patrick kept getting better and better in the NFL. This is the same guy in college, but left handed, and it was fun to see him out there. It’s fun to see, every now and then I’ll sneak over there at practice. It’s kind of a cool vibe that’s going on over there right now. Wish I could jump in the mix every now and then and hang out with those guys but it was fun to hang out with him for a few minutes in the dugout, and it was a strike, which isn’t easy cause Kirby Connell is definitely not a professional catcher. So he’s got one up on Peyton Manning, if I can say that.

Question: When you say hang out, do you mean strap on the pads and helmet?

CTV: No, No, No, No, No, No. Just be over there. They’ve always got a DJ going on, and I mean, our manager shouldn’t take offense. He’s good with the music, but they kind of, when you walk over to that building, every school that I’ve worked at, including Coach Pinkel, was incredible at his job. Whenever I would walk over there, to a football space, you get, there’s an energy, like there was in the park tonight, and something over there just feels like there’s a lot of positive vibes and everyone is upbeat and that’s step one to doing the things you want to do on the battlefield, and again, I think that’s an attribute of our players.

CVT is an absolute gem. We must keep him at all costs because he is one of those coaches that not only improves his own team, but synergizes with other teams as well.
