Ah, so you’re saying - the way of “friends of basevols” was clunky and sketchy, and so they are trying to incorporate baseball into the Spyre setup for efficiency and legality reasons? And thus, the need to alter the name of the collective from a more football-focused moniker to a wider name?

Right. Spyre was already helping baseball, but the name of the collective didn’t really reflect that but the change does. Because they’re helping all sports including Lady Vols.

The friend of Basevols is clunky and potentially against the few NIL rules there are

It’s hard to believe that there are still people who are so delusional as to believe that lebron is better. But if you are one of those people, watch this video and realize how dumb you are

It's mostly people who listen to the talking heads on ESPN who over praise every athlete, or it's the under 35 crowd who base everything on the highlight reel. I hated Jordan in the day, he was the enemy. I respected that he was a good player, but I never appreciated how special until after his comeback. Looking back, he's just amazing how successful he actually was.

It is a great experience. Anyone who is a sports fan needs to find a way to make it once.
For me, this would be a great time to go. The crowds will be following Tiger. I don't care to follow him (as a person, he's not someone I want to see and his skills just aren't what they once were), so I could follow others without the crowds.

Tiger shoots one under on his round, which is pretty remarkable on its own. But he left 3-4 strokes out there today, as well.

Good to see him back.

Left 3-4 strokes out there? It was certainly an impressive feat, but his short game really saved him today.

He hit it all over the place and got very lucky to escape with pars on 1, 7, 9, and 18. Will have to be better to stay with the pack.

I was at the Masters today. As promised, I wore an orange golf shirt and my Power T orange hat. I had at least a dozen guys say "go Vols" when they saw me. Most of them had some type of Vol apparel on. In looking around, I don't recall seeing much of any other school's hats or shirts. It is what we do!

I stand by it. He missed several makable birdie opportunities and should have had an eagle on 13.

I'm with ya there. My dad who passed a couple years ago, never had any formal training on anything instrument-wise, but from the time I was old enough to walk, he was playing guitar. Cool thing though, over the years he would occasionally sit down at a piano and play, pick up a fiddle and play and once bought a used accordian and played that too. Growing up I was too into sports of all kinds but I wish I had got interested enough to ask him to teach me to play. I did ask him once how he learned to play all those instruments and he basically said he learned by "ear", whatever that meant.
My dad played by ear also - guitar mostly but could also play some banjo…When i was young, Dad and his friends would ”pick n grin” upstairs and my oldest brother and his high school friends would play downstairs. They (brother’s band) called themselves Poor Richard and the Almanacs and played Dave Clark Five, etc tunes. I’d go back and forth between them!

Someone who probably can't respond until after. They wand you walking in for phones for the tournament days (not sure about practice rounds). Quick boot if you get caught with one. Saw a guy get busted and escorted out when I went.
Come to think of it, no idea how he got one in. Maybe in his prison wallet?
That is so damn dumb...I love Augusta, but that is just dumb. You go to a bucket list place and can't even take a damn picture...just dumb.

I got a Fender acoustic when I was a senior in HS. Didn’t know a lick, brought it to college with me. So many guys in the dorm could play. It was sort of a weekend ritual to hear someone playing something, knock on the door, and “hey teach me that”. Lots of Beatles, Dave Matthew’s Band, Eagles, etc. It was a really cool memory.

Do wish I had music lessons as a child
