Caribou?

I was in Norway where it is called reindeer -- something like reinsdyr. I don't remember exactly. The menus were bilingual but you could guess that one! They served it with a sauce of local berries.

But I think it is very close or identical to caribou. Now that you mention it, I think I had caribou out west here somewhere. It was also good, but that berry sauce doh... The first time I ever had buffalo was at Land Between the Lakes in god's country: the Volunteer state.

Lived on a lot of moose up in AK during the winters. Excellent meat.

My parents went to Alaska once and came home with two salmon almost half my size! That was a summer to remember on the grill!

I was really lucky to do it. If the Euro gets beaten all to hell, I would look into it.

Mostly fish on the menu, so I think you would approve. The scenery is Tennessee level gorgeous. And you can snow ski or hike on a glacier in August. You can also swim on the coast but you will freeze. But you will do it anyway.

Yeah I ate so much salmon up there that I don't even like it anymore. Halibut on the other hand, that's my jam.

And I just listened to a video of Vitello saying every nice thing in the book about the guy when he was asked on the field in postgame after the sweep. Corbin is an azzhat.
